Very nice stay at the hone stay. Big and comfortable room. Good hygiene and wonderful hosts. They can give a tour at the same price of a tour guide without overcharging you a cent! Thank you for that. The kitchen was also a surprise: We thought that just because the homestay had few rooms the kitchen wouldn't be up to a good standard; wrong! They might take their time preparing the dishes, but the wait is worthed; the balinese cook puts all the effort on the ellaborarion of each dish. And the variety of dishes is quiite large for such an establisment.

- The owner was really helpful before we arrived in Flores and arranged for a private transfer from Bajawa to Moni and to Ende the next day. They also arranged for a walking tour of Kelimutu NP and surrounding villages. I’d recommend booking the walking tour as we got a local guide (Francisco) who went us to the volcano, talked to us about the history and kept us patient to wait until the clouds cleared to see the lakes. Lots of people had left the summit as they were frustrated with the clouds but the local guide assured us that it would clear (and it did!) - New property and really modern interior. Unique experience for the area. The bathroom in particularl is really well designed. - Tasty breakfast and looked after us once we came back from Kelimutu which was late morning which was really appreciated.

The host is very friendly and helpful. You can ask him anything and he will help you. The room is clean. There is also hot water to take a shower. The location is also good - you can reach the restaurant by walk. Everything was fine (:

Absolutely wonderful stay! Jonh was punctual, friendly, and accommodating, stopping at various spots I wanted to visit en route from the airport. The homestay, run by Jonh’s warm family, felt like home. The room was clean and spacious, with a unique open bathroom perfect for stargazing. Sarce, Jonh’s wife, was incredibly kind, attentive, and an amazing cook—her donuts and Gado Gado were highlights! She also shared local culture during a market visit. Breakfasts were delicious, with fluffy pancakes and stunning river views. Eman, Jonh’s cousin, was great for motorbike trips and evening guitar sessions by the fire. The entire family was welcoming, always smiling, and shared authentic Indonesian hospitality. Highly recommend for a genuine, heartfelt experience. Terimakasih, I’ll be back!

The guesthouse is a perfect base for a trip to Kelimutu. We stayed there for 3 days and the host helped us to arrange all the tours and airport transport. The rooms were clean and neat and everyone at the guesthouse was very kind and warm-hearted. We had a wonderfoul stay!
