Everything was perfect! Though I didn't meet the host, she sent me directly after booking all the relevant information so that I didn't have any open questions. The apartment is really comfortable with a nice kitchen and a lovely designed bath room. I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely come back! Big recommendation!

We had a fantastic stay at Arkánum Hotel. Everything was extremely clean, it was nice warm inside (we were there at Christmas time) very welcoming staff, great location, superb wellness area. We had a great time at Hotel Napsugar. The hotel team is kind and helpful, they went out of their way to sort out an issue with our reservation and check out time, we didn’t even have to ask. Everyone was courteous and service was excellent. The hotel is right next to the well maintained central beach, we could walk over in 3 minutes carrying everything needed, and those who did not want to stay out all day could simply pop back to the hotel anytime. It suited all 3 generations and made our stay flexible and such really relaxed. The hotel has its own restaurant, parking and the rooms were clean and comfortable, all air conditioned. The continental breakfast was good quality and offered a good selection.

Very nicely renovated apartment on the first floor, with a terrace, and a garden with great children's climbing frames, a slide and swings, in the shade of a large tree. The apartment was very well furnished, even a TV with netflix and the beds were comfortable. I really recommend it for families with children. It is situated in nice and quiet neighborhood, not very far away from Balaton lake.
