Cavtat is a beautiful place, with many attractions great for walking and relaxing. It is very easy to get around, you can take the water taxi to visit Dubrovnik or local bus. Clean and safe area!
Clean and safe area! Very good if you are looking for sun and swimming, without partylife. Good food and a trip to Dubrovnik old town in middle of the week, makes a one week trip enjoyable and resting! Good and safe beaches for families with both smaller, as well as bigger kids. Bathing shoes highly recommended due to stones in the sand beach and, in some places, sea urchins. Recommending restaurant Kabalero in beginning of ”center”. Jumbo pizza 20 EUR(bring doggy bag back to appartment…) Only 10-15 minutes to AirPort, at 25 EUR.Guest review byRobertSweden - 10.0

Cavtat is a place if you want to have beautiful sunset view. Locals are really helpful and friendly. Only thing we missed the local market in the area. We rented a car so going yo grocery shopping was easy for us.Guest review bySanjay - 10.0
Cavtat is lovely, a lively town but small enough to feel...
Cavtat is lovely, a lively town but small enough to feel friendly. The annual carnival was on for our visit ( beginning of July) so there were parades and dancing, the whole town was out and about! It is 1 minute from a ferry boat to take you to Dubrovnik, 10 minutes from the Dubrovnik airport and minutes from a very wide selection of restaurants and grocery store. The pool is big enough to swim in and the whole area is nice with shaded patio area and shaded pool areas. The staff were nice and helpful. The walk along the water starting at the above-mentioned hotel was very interesting as the shoreline is very varied. I appreciated tips given to me by the owners where to go and take beautiful pictures of Cavtat.
