Great hotel very close to the sea, port and old town. Fantastic location. Nice rooms decorated in a modern way. In the room there was a coffee machine, capsules, tea etc. In the fridge water, cold drinks, wine which was included in the price of the room. Towels changed every day and what surprised us the most was that there were bathrobes. The hotel also has a fantastic spa. The hotel is clean, modern, and pleasant with great service. very polite and professional ladies at the reception in the bar and restaurant and wonderful cleaning ladies. Everyone did their job professionally and were very nice, which made our stay really wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Wide selection and everything tasty and fresh. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The property is brand new and exudes luxury from every single aspect. All of the fittings are top quality, the private pools are luxury and the view over chania is second to none, with an unbelievable sunset. The staff are the real success story of this hotel though, they cannot do enough for you and are so polite and just want you to have a great stay! The morning breakfasts are also worth shouting about and absolutely massive!

Very nice staff. Rooms and bathroom are small but comfy. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was continental, plenty and tasty with some typical Greek food. Location is perfect, super close to the sea and city centre. We went during the Strata and parking the car was difficult but managed to find a free spot in some residential roads nearby. We enjoyed our time in Chania and our stay in the hotel!

Location is perfect. In the old town. Very clean. Breakfast is perfect. Staff are accommodating and informative. All the staff of El Greco Hotel are amazing. All reception staff are helpful and pleasant. Irene is very accommodating and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anasa Residence at our anniversary with my partner and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The property itself is simply stunning. The spacious kitchen and luxurious bathrooms added a touch of indulgence to our stay, making us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after days of exploring the island. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible outdoor space. The garden, filled with green grass and a variety of trees, felt like a true oasis.The serene landscape, with its views of the mountains and breathtaking orange sunsets, left us in awe. We had the pleasure of dining outside, soaking in the beauty of our surroundings. The owners went above and beyond to enhance our experience, helping us use the barbecue to grill some meat, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening. Overall, our stay at Anasa Residence was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of quality amenities, serene outdoor space, and attentive hospitality made for an unforgettable experience.

    It was a wonderful holiday and was the best choice to stay in Chania .This place became a home for me for few days . Hosts created it with heard and love, luxury ideas and good taste.The house is very clean and everything you need for to spend a nice holidays is in there.The location is great and it is very easy to get to Chania town and other beaches if you have a car .Cant wait to visit again
