Eating at the hotel restaurant was a great experience. Quality of food for the price was an amazing value. Everything about the hotel was a great positive experience. The only bad thing about the hotel had nothing to do with the stay there, but getting there. Effective communication before arrival. Easy check in and check out. Strong wifi (free of charge). We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, the room was spacious, the balcony had a view over the mountains. Be advised that there were no cooking utensils, plates, detergent or towel in the kitchenette. It was winter when we visited but the room was warm. Well maintened, beautiful outside spaces, and a swimming pool that the kids enjoyed very much - we also spent many hours there drinking and eating. The food was very good, so was the breakfast. Amazing, helpful and kind staff, they went out and beyond and allowed us to extend our check out with no problem, since no other booking had been made.
