Everything was great ! The room and the bathroom are clean, spacious. There is a fridge in the room and a kitchen at your diaposal in the building. The terrasses and garden are facing the sea and you can hear the waves from you bed ! If you'd rather tan at the beach or go for a swim, you just need to walk down the path. On top of that, I was welcomed by a very friendly host who made sure I had everything I needed and did all he could to make my stay unforgettable. It felt like visiting a friend or family ! I highly recommend the place and thank you again Kostas for your hospitality 😌 Ps : make sure to visit Preveza and the best greek coffee place, Aposperítēs !

We enjoyed a lot this place. Lovely and funny Sasá. We loved her from the moment we met. . Very informative, she gaves lots of hints about beaches and attractions around. Unfortunately we stayed only one night. The breakfast looked great. Unfortunetly We had no time to try it. Bye bye great Sasa.

I have been in many places around the world but never a place as good as this. The hotel manager Froso, greeted at arrival and showed me around. During the entire stay she took care of every wish with a smile on her face. She also sent me messages to hear if I was okey and enjoyed my stay during the week. The level of service is incredible. The room was extremely clean and the design very modern. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice with very good food and great service. WiFi extremely good even at the beach. Perfect location for those who want to relax and enjoy a vacation. I will return to this place many times. A true gem!

Extremely clean and very spacious. They change towels everyday. Very good location, near the beach and tavernas. Very good meals at Siarbas Restaurant. Very friendly people. We put our car in the hotel's garage. Many thanks to Spiros and his mother!!

    The location is perfect as the beach is a few minutes walk...

    The location is perfect as the beach is a few minutes walk away. The host is welcoming and very attentive. The bed was comfortable with a general sense of cleanliness, however I found dead flies and dust on top of the fridge which gave it an overall uncomfortable feeling.

    Riza and the surrounding villages are lovely with sea views...

    Riza and the surrounding villages are lovely with sea views to die for. It is a very quiet peaceful area and you will need a car. We will definitely be going back again. The ancient cities of Nicopolis and Kassopi were really interesting and only a short drive from the Villa. Also the Roman Aquaduct at Fillippedia was well worth the drive.

    We loved Artholiti, Alonaki, Skala, and also there were nice beaches with no people at all. It is a good choice both for people looking for a total relaxation and those looking for more organized beach time (with sunbeds, bars...).

    Riza is actually a village located in the hills.

    Riza is actually a village located in the hills. Riza Beach has only about a dozen of residencies that are located relatively far apart from each other so it is very calm and quiet. Do note that there are no stores, restaurants etc in the vicinity so for everything you probably need to use a car. On the other hand this is a very big plus since it is very quiet and the beaches have very little people, usually just locals. Note also that there are more people on the beaches during the weekends since people are coming from inland.
