Hello to my fellow travelers - first of all - the owner Andreas with a very high level of service awareness! Including recommendations throughout the area. I stayed at this hotel for three nights - as a starting point for exploring the wonderful Tzoumerka area. The hotel has been renovated and everything is clean and beautiful. Peace and quiet. There are taverns, a supermarket. Highly recommend!

Wow! An absolute gem! The pictures don't do it justice. This is a true designers home with everything one could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable the details and care are outstanding. The bathroom spacious and everything was sparkling clean. Kitchen well equipped. The balcony with mountain views was great for sundowners and breakfast. The location is a scenic 20 min drive from ioannina. A little market around the corner. We forgot few things and the owner was immediately in touch with us, he'll keep it save till our return. 5*-service! We'll be back for sure! ♥️

The room is like a small appartment with the bedroom at the back behind a semi partition wall with a window in it that gives privacy but doesn't create division. The "kitchen" area has a table, a small oven, a fridge, a great little capsule coffee machine (with lots of capsules) a filter coffee machine and all the necessary equipment to cook if we wanted to. There was a lovely small bottle of wine and local tsipouro along with rusks, butter and marmalade. The Bed is very comfortable. I am just mentioning it because it is there. The television, although we didn't use it, is large and in just the right position to view had we wanted to from the bed. The bed is oriented so that when you wake up you face the view which is a great pleasure. The shower is perfect. Everything is of high quality build and super clean and the room just works perfectly. There is plenty of parking right outside the gate and the place is super quiet. The owner is a lovely person and helped us with a very small issue we had and resolved it immediately and above expectations. All in all the place is perfect as a base to explore all the amazing sights around. We went to the Plaka Bridge, The Politsa Bridge and the Klifkis waterfalls which are all within short drives through amazing mountains and scenery. The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of information on where to go and what to do. All in all this is a perfect little place and I recommend it without reservation.

    I had a really nice time staying there.

    I had a really nice time staying there. The owner of the guesthouse is so helpful and polite. And the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room are quite nice and big. It feels like living in one's own house. It's a bit far from my workshop location (Kalentzi) if one doesn't like walking (except I do like walking). Walking down and up the mountain surrounded by a beautiful view like that in the morning and evening is a pretty amazing experience. Another thing, the restaurant owner near the guesthouse is so friendly and really helpful. I really appreciated his kind gesture. Overall, it's a good option for someone who likes walking and exploring nature.
