Very spacious with all amenities a house has. There was a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was very new modern and clean!

The staff is truly friendly. The breakfast is fine - comparing with a 4 star hotel in Crete, the one served by Sapphire is better. (salted and sweet dishes). A high appreciation for the coffee served. It is not the specific coffee at the machine as in majority hotels, it's prepared with quality coffee and milk. The location is new and spotless clean. If I come back one day, for sure I would choose again. More than this, if you want to visit the west beaches 🌊of Crete, Kissamos is a strategic point. The suite is equipped with enough tools for cooking.

Family running hotel that was absolutely perfect in every way.Thanks to Yanissis for the communication and patience with my reservation,with answering all my questions and his kindness,also the profesional staff Ina and Florian and Eva who looked after as the whole stay. Location perfect,close to town,tavernas and beautiful beach. And yes,food was soo tasty!! Thank you for everything. Sure I will recommend SunnyBay Hotel to everyone heading to Crete. Everything was exceptional. The property is really nice, set in a beautiful garden with a really nice outdoor pool. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The breakfast had a good choice and was filling. The property has a restaurant so on those evenings where you want to relax and stay close by you can enjoy it there too. Definetly recommended.

This Family run Hotel is a really good find.Everything was just perfect. The Family and staff were exceptional.They certainly understand the meaning of service. Were quick to repond to any communication, friendly and couldnt do enough for their guests .A full buffet breakfast ,(eat as much as you want,)was offered daily with such a wide choice.The, food was excellent.The Hotel is right on the beach so you ate out on the patio every morning. One step off the patio they have umbrellas and lounging chairs on the beach that belong to the Hotel. Rooms were clean ,well furnished and towels were changed daily. We were sad to leave this small Hotel and its Owner, Family and Staff. Short walk to Kissamos Waterfront,but to get the full benefit of staying in this town you need a car to get around unless you only want to relax at the Hotel and pop into Town

Konstantina and her team are just wonderful, super friendly and helpful, feels like being with friends! The rooms are luxurious for a good price, you're close to the street but traffic is hardly there and with the swimming pool and gorgeous buildings you're in a relaxed mood. Breakfast is served at the tables outside, with the same basic elements but always with small variations and extras (e.g. Greek yoghurt and honey, eggs, hot drinks), so you never get tired of it. Also, Konstantina gives excellent tips for places to visit and restaurants to go to nearby. Just perfect!

Spotless apartment, very comfy bed and brilliant facilities. It was so nice to even have the option to wash some clothes mid trip and the facilities in the apartment were lovely. Some fab touches like snacks and a small bottle of wine in the fridge as well as very useful washing machine tablets and nice shower gels etc.

Everything was excellent. Inside the apartment was extremely comfortable, clean with everything you need. The garden and pool area brilliant, Pizza oven and BBQ a huge bonus.
