The hotel had a really warm and cozy feel reminiscent of visiting your grandma. The location was great, with the main beach being just across the street. For those interested to explore a bit more, there are a few more breathtaking beaches in walking distance from the hotel, which are definitely worth the walk. The hostes, Mrs. Loulou was an absolute joy to interact with and so helpful with tips and information about the area. And her food was by far some of the best food we've had during our travels, so much so that each morning we would eagerly discuss what could be on the menu for today. We truly love the place, and can't thank the host enough for the hospitaly and warm welcome. We loved every minute and will certainly be going back.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was a highlight – clean, private, and perfect for cooling off during the hot days. The surrounding area was peaceful and picturesque, making it the ideal spot to unwind. A special thank you to Mariella, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was always available, quick to respond to our questions, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Everything was awesome. Backyard is so great, with pool, a lot of grass and places to chill. Bigger apartment I would say is optimal for 4 people, but even more people can stay with how much room there is Kitchen has everything it is needed, but the fridge should be fixed somehow For bigger apt, pool looks at the street, but in Olympiada that is not that much of a problem

    Olympiada is a great place to visit with your family and kids. The beach is very nice with sand and shallow waters. there are very nice restaurants on the beach with very good food and amazing service.

    We were very disappointed with our stay.

    We were very disappointed with our stay. First of all, the hotel we were expecting was not the one we arrived at – during the email exchange, the property contacted us from Hotel Liotopi instead of Akroyali. This felt very misleading and tricky. Inside the hotel, there were two stray dogs, it was dirty, and the evenings were very noisy. The rooms were extremely small, with toilets and showers so tight that it was uncomfortable to use them. The beach situation was terrible. There were people (mainly Bulgarians) who left their towels and clothes on the sunbeds day and night to reserve their spots. Because of this, we had to walk a long way with our child just to find a free place. The beach itself was dirty, full of cats that used the sand as a toilet. Parking was also a nightmare. There is no parking near the hotel, so we had to leave our cars at the port or in the center of the village, and even then, finding a space was very difficult. Breakfast was another disappointment – you are served whatever they decide to prepare, with no choice at all. Overall, this was a really bad experience. I have traveled all over Greece, including the islands, and this is the very first place that has left me so disappointed. The food during dinner was very good, especially the seafood, which was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is located right by the beach, which made the dinners very pleasant and enjoyable. The only downside was that the service was quite slow when taking orders.

    Cozy small beach area with rural aspect which is not yet affected by mass tourism. Nice old greek people Cleanish but could be improved. Lots of stray dogs and cats which live on the beaches area Very nice walking area by the beach and very kid friendly sea. Beach is different in some parts really good sand

    Quiet place, perfect for families with little kids, not crowded even if we have been there in the middle of the season. A lot of tavernas around, and you could find very close everything you might need.

    A quiet place with a wonderful beach, it has facilities that will satisfy everyone from parents with small children to the elderly. About 500 m away are the remains of the ancient city of Stagira (the birthplace of Aristotle), worth a visit (free entrance). Lots of good restaurants and cafes, butch bars. Not far from wonderful forests for hiking.

    Olympiada is very small village and being in North Greece it is very green with lots of trees, grass and flowers. The village beach is very long with fine sand and options to sit on a chair under umbrella.

    We came in this very nice pet friendly hotel for a second time with our dog. The location is perfect, next to the beach and all restaurants. You always get a welcome drink from the nice owner Loulou and when you leave, she gives you a home made jar of jam. The breakfast is very nice, every day you are served in the beautiful garden something different, always some wonderful local food. The dinner is in very good restaurant with tasty food on the beach. The village is very small and green, with nice beach.

    We arrived to Olympiada after travelling through the Greek coast of Aegean Sea as a finale of our summer vacation. The apart hotel was great, the room was well organized, spacious and everything was new and well maintained. It had a centralized AC system, excellent wifi and really spacious rooms. The breakfast was amazing, it had variety of options of both sweet and savory meals. The area had a small playground for children. Overall, we had a pleasant experience concerning the accommodation and breakfast.

Mariella was such a kind and thoughtful host she welcomed us warmly and shared great recommendations for places to eat and the best beaches nearby.     Such a great and romantic little hotel. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are cozy and there is enough space for everything. I just loved the bathroom design and the water has enough pressure which is a rare thing. Downstairs there is restaurant, where can you use 10% off the bill if you stayed at this property.
