Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff and excellent facilities. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. A massive pool to have nice swim during the hot day. And a huge selection of options to choose from the buffet breakfast.

From the moment they contacted us to advise how to check in to the moment we departed, the Petrou Suites staff could not have been more wonderful! They were helpful in finding out details of bus times and also offered to ensure our room was ready as soon as possible due to us having an early arrival, we were able to check in early without any bother. The hotel itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and quite modern. The lady who checked us in and also helped us with luggage storage on departure was an absolute gem! I only wish we had longer in Ioannina so we could have stayed another night. Highly recommend this hotel!

Always ready to provide helpful tips and respond to any requests, she demonstrated a genuine passion for her job and a sincere interest in the well-being of the guests. We enjoyed the “home alike” ambience and especially the staff , Ifigenia was amazing and helped us a lot during our stay giving us tips. We are thankful that we had free parking in a garage nearby. The bed is comfy .
