The hotel is very modern, and the attention to detail is fabulous. Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning with amazing views of the town was very special. The choice of food catered for all types and varied each day, especially the homemade cakes! The staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and visit. The room was very spacious with our own private balcony overlooking the pool, cleaned daily, with storage space for all our belongings. The pool area was spotless,very relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks and food are available also. Private parking for our hire car just around the corner was an added bonus. All in all, it's a fabulous place to stay, and we will definitely be going back.

Great new hotel. Everything works perfectly. The room is wonderful, as is the bathroom and the beds. Nothing is missing. Home automation at the top. Perfect breakfast with omelettes offered instantly by the cook. The staff at the reception are very kind, as is Julia, the owner, a lady of infinite kindness

The hotel is very well located, and you can tell it has been carefully renovated. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are new. I had an issue with the reservation, as I thought I had booked a different room. However, as soon as I communicated my wish to switch to a room on a single level, they helped me and quickly found a solution. I really liked the service attention .

Eleven is a lovely little hotel in Stavromenos, about 10-15 minutes drive from Rethymno. I loved the pool, spacious room, view from the room, tasty breakfast and the staff. Everything seemed to be new, rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. It is a bit far from everything so car is recommended but this worked great for us as we wanted to spend our vacation in a quiet spot anyway. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Phaedra Suites and were very satisfied. This boutique hotel is located in the heart of the city center, 10 minutes walking from Rethymnon beach. The suite was modern, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and made us sleep so well. Agapi, the owner is a wonderful host, she takes great care of her guests, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality added a personal touch to the overall experience, making us feel welcomed. Highly recommended!
