Outstanding hotel and accommodation. Clean, very well-maintained and very well located. Superb and varied breakfast. Fabulous view of Mt Olympus. Appreciated very much the warm welcome and hospitality of the host/owner Dimitri, and also the friendly staff, and the helpful tips/recommendations. Very convenient free parking in the vicinity. Great choice of taverna's and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Great location, easy to find and free parking right behind the hotel. Room was clean and had all the amenities you need for a short stay. Owners were very welcoming and great to have a chat with. Highly recommend Hotel Mirto!

The Hotel is situated at the brink of the village, with a nice view over the rooftops down to the ocean. I had a corner room, where you could also see the summits of Mount Olympus between the houses! Balcony was more like a terrace, huge and with a roof. The breakfast was a buffet with lots of sweets (as usual in Greece) and the most usual basics like eggs, sausage and cheese. I was just there for one night, could have been more as I felt welcome and the staff (wich is basically just one guy) is nice and takes care of your every need. When you plan to go for drinks and food, it's just 10 minutes down to the village center, although you can easily get lost in the labyrinth of winding roads and side lanes! If you come by car, there's plenty of parking space in the little road where the Hotel is situated.

Everything was so great i don't even know where to start! The building itself is sooo lovely, so cozy and beautifully designed and furnished, the rooms have all kinds of amenities and services, even a water boiler and coffee machine with complementary tea bags and coffee capsule! The bedroom is very comforting and makes for great relaxation after a long heavy day of hiking, the bed itself is super soft and comfortable and the pillows as well! The breakfast was absolutely great, all kinds of stuff, savory and sweet, everything tasted amazing and very genuine, loved the greek yogurt, and the hall is also very lovely and warm. But the best part was the staff. The host is the loveliest kindest and most helpful woman ever, she helped me so much, even scheduled my return trip for me by calling the bus company herself, and gave me so many great suggestions on what to see and do, she really made the whole trip a wonderful time and i wish i stayed more.

What can i say, even before we arrived whilst on the KTEL bus travelling from Athens to Litochoro, we received a call from the staff wanting to know an estimated time of arrival and offered us a pick up as we were running late. From the moment we arrived at Epineo Comfort Living, we were impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and very clean. Our room was spacious and modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the town. We were within walking distance of many popular attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much, John and Georgia

    Litochoro is a fantastic place that combines the mountains and the seaside in the best way. It is located at 300 meters above sea level with fresh air and only 15 minutes from the sea. It offers great opportunities for mountain tourism, lovely restaurants, and important religious sites. The peaceful setting, combined with natural beauty and culture, makes it an ideal destination for both relaxation and exploration.

    It's rare that you can combine a beach vacation with a...

    It's rare that you can combine a beach vacation with a mountain one, but Litochoro offers exactly that - in 15-30 minutes by car you can be either in the heart of Olympus or on a sandy beach that looks out a travel brochure. If you head to the beach, we recommend the one between Paralia and Olympiaki Akti a little up north along the coast - there is golden sand, no rocks at all, and no crowds. If you head to the mountain, take the road to Prionia and make sure you stop at the Monastery of Saint Dionysios and Stavros Refuge along the way - the views are truly breathtaking all throughout the trip In the city center, check out the maritime museum, the park, and the restaurants and bakeries along the park. The old church is pretty impressive as well. All in all, a great destination, not just in the summer!

    Litochoro is the gate to Mount Olympus.

    Litochoro is the gate to Mount Olympus. Lovely place, close to Enipeas gorge, and it´s fantastic waterfalls and lagoons. On one side, few kms from the ocean, on the other side the mountains stand tall. So it´s a perfect place to start the hike to the Olympus, or just go to the beach. It is also the finish line of the Olympus Marathon, and I can only recommend. Nice cafes, restaurants, tourist shops, and the views are gorgeous.

    Very nice place, perfectly positioned between the mountains...

    Very nice place, perfectly positioned between the mountains and the sea. We have already spent the night in Litochoro twice on our way to the Peloponnese and Skiathos, but we decided to spend our summer here next year. The nightlife and entertainment is excellent, there are many bars and restaurants, especially when you go down the beautiful promenade to the river. In the town itself, we liked eating the most at the Meze-Meze restaurant with excellent food.

    The whole selling point of the town is Mount Olympus yet...

    The whole selling point of the town is Mount Olympus yet their blue ribband walk to Prionia is closed as five bridges are down. It is a national park and a unesco biosphere and yet the locals do not give a damn!

    Martina and her team were there to greet us, gave us helpful...

    Martina and her team were there to greet us, gave us helpful advice about hiking, rang a taxi for us to get to Priona to do a walk to the monastery and gave us extra pots and pans and some olive oil so that we could cook a simple meal in our room. We stayed in early May and our room on the second floor opened onto a large shared terrace with a great view of the town and mountains. Although this is a shared communal space, and could get busy in summer, we were fortunate to have it to ourselves most of the time. We also enjoyed meeting our neighbours when the adjacent room was booked. A peaceful and welcoming guesthouse with good facilities and very well located too.

    Easily one of the best places I have ever been. The room was charming and very clean, the people were some of the nicest we met in Greece, and the location is amazing ; right below the Olympus in a nice small village. The breakfast itself is worth coming there. Fresh products and home made pastries every day different, it was the bedt breakfasts I ever had. Thanks again for everything, we will definitely come back!

    Amazing location and one of the best views I've seen from a hotel room from the balcony (if you book the one facing the valley). Short 5-10 minute walk to the centre with lots of restaurants.
