The host was super friendly. We arrived on our bikes after a long hot day of cycling and she provided cold water on our arrival. Then she showed us two plastic crates of oranges and told us to help ourselves. The best oranges we have eaten in 1000kms of cycle touring. The accommodation was basic but we loved it and loved being in a rural setting. There was a lovely patio where we could sit out and cook our dinner. It was the night before the Orthodox Greek Easter and we had a full service broadcast from a nearby church which was really special. All in all, a truly great experience.

The breakfast, view, and location were so serene and relaxing, it was amazing. We really enjoyed having breakfast by the beach where we could watch the sea. The food was really good and we loved the fact that we could order drinks and food by the pool.

The grounds include separate buildings each having two apartments. In the middle of olive groves and other farms lands which made it very peaceful. The host was very helpful and we had dinner at their restuarant which was very good. The hotel includes vineyards and winery as well as olice oil production which was very interesting to learn about from the host. Highy recommend a visit.

Elea Mare is in an unspoilt , beachside location, a charming path takes you to a divine swimming beach, fully serviced by a beach bar serving drinks and delicious food . The village and pier are a short walk from the hotel and you really feel like a local meandering in this beautiful spot. This house has four major strengths: 1. Location – Ideally located near all the attractions, yet quiet and peaceful among olive trees. Waking up here is nothing like waking up in busy Monemvasia, with tourists walking right outside your window. 2. Comfort – Spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home. The beds, the two huge bathrooms, the cozy living room, the well-equipped kitchen – everything was just perfect. 3. Hospitality – The warm welcome and personal attention were beyond words. It felt so homey, and we were even allowed a late check-out, which we really appreciated. 4. Value for Money – Just 15 minutes from Monemvasia, instead of a tiny space fit for hobbits, you get a spacious and comfortable full house. This is the best review I ever wrote ❤️

Salvatore is really helpful and kind. We spent 1 night in the apartment but we did not miss anything. It is close to the beach (10 mins walk), super quite and really good tavernas nearby with seafood selection.
