Just spent a week at the Pilot amphora hotel with a group of friends, and really enjoyed our stay. Very warm welcome at reception when we arrived. The room is amazing, with a nice private pool (thanks to a complimentary upgrade!), good bed, and free coffee. All very clean and well-designed (the benefits of a new hotel). Excellent restaurant, with friendly & competent service, and tasty modern food (thank you Panos, Vasilis and rest of the team for your hospitality). Even though we had half board, and tried some local places in Chania & Rethymno, we enjoyed our dinners at the hotel a lot. Limited but good selection of Greek wines. Breakfast has everything you want. All the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. Perfect hotel for couples/singles/friends: adults only, so relaxed and quiet (even in the touristy setting of Georgioupoli).

Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations. The staff, the room, the pool area, we could not have asked for a better holiday. Location also was great, the hotel is located on a strip full of cute restaurants and just half hour away from Chania center. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but breakfast and lunch were great.

New and slick designed hotel and gardens that really make the most of beautiful views across the bay to the mountains. The gardens are full of wild flowers and olive trees and the buildings set out to maximise the views. Lots of space to chill and great swim spots off the rocks.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and was very satisfied. The room was perfectly clean, which is always a priority for me. I would especially like to mention the incredibly comfortable bed, on which I had a great night's sleep. The blackout curtains were also an important detail, which completely blocked out the light and promoted a full night's sleep, which is essential when travelling for business. The staff were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any requests I made, which made me feel cared for and cosy. The hotel manager kindly told me about the plans for the winter season, which was a pleasant surprise. It turns out that most hotels in the area close for the winter, but Amour Relax stays open and offers its guests lots of interesting winter activities. I would love to stay here again in winter, as the hotel maintains a high level of service and creates a cosy atmosphere all year round. I am especially looking forward to participating in the winter activities, which promise to be varied and interesting!

Hotel is centrally located and close to everything. The views are spectacular. Restaurant has delicious French fries and vegan options. The service overall was excellent. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you.

Amazing views and a really nice pool also there’s a restaurant owned by them right across the road that has everything you need. Has spacious rooms and bathrooms and is also 15 minutes away from one of the most beautiful and famous lakes in Europe its absolutely stunning would highly recommend also really good price
