First of all I would love to Thank few people from the hotel staff, who made our trip unforgettable. The most helpful and caring was Evgenia at the reception. She is amazing and absolutely professional. I could say that our trips was that amazing Thanks to her. She was “with us” all our stay and when we needed something she immediately and professionally took care of it. The other person was Marianthi at the hotel restaurant. Also, the real professional and amazing person. She remembered what we liked almost without questioning.. and was absolutely caring and smiling always. Also I would love to mention Giorgos, Nikos at the nema & pool bar and also Rasti. They were also very helpful and caring all the time. For me hotel staff is one of the most important things. And at Nema we were really satisfied about it. Especially Evgenia and Marianthi made us to remember this trip with such a warmth and great memories. The food in all inclusive was amazing, always fresh and tasty. The pool area was really nice, and also the beach was clean and the water was warm. We really enjoyed the Design of the hotel.. it was new, beautiful and quality. Also the hotel cosmetic in the room was amazing.

Stunning apartment with 2 great sized bedrooms (joy) and lovely deep (1.7M) plunge pool. Main pool was quiet and also deep (1.8m) with no shallow end. A car is very useful and there is great food near (10-15 mins) if you ignore the nasty tourist neon strip near the beach.

The hotel was simply a 12 out of 10!! A free shuttle picked us up at the airport. We already felt incredibly comfortable at check-in. The hotel complex looks exactly like the photos. The Mediterranean style gives it a special flair. All meals, from breakfast to dinner, are of very high quality and taste great! Everything is very clean and stylishly furnished :) To summarise: everything was awesome! BUT I would like to emphasise the employees. What makes the hotel unique is its staff: reception, bar, waiters, cleaning team. You were always very helpful, incredibly friendly as well as understanding, and very, very competent! Thank you very much! You are incredible! You make us want to come back soon! See you next year :)

Well, where can I start from? The hotel is amazing; the staff, the food, the location, everything! We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights, half-board, and we arrived at the hotel super early (around 8:45), left our luggage at the reception and went to eat a great breakfast! We then got our room after about an hour later (~9:30), which is amazing given the original check-in time is at 15:00! The room was spotless EVERY DAY. I honestly could barely find dust, if any, on the usual places (and even the unusual ones!) where other hotels would just leave it to accumulate until you're breathing it in daily. The coffee Nespresso pods, instant coffee and teas, as well as a 1 liter bottle were given every day with the room being cleaned. The room is also a proper 5-star one. Everything looks and feels so nice and clean. Well done! The food was tasty, and you honestly had lots of options to choose from, with sweets, salads, and the usual things you can find in a 5-star hotel buffet. The restaurant was amazing and could easily handle hundreds of people, so seating won't be a problem for you! The hotel's staff was ALWAYS helpful, smiling, and ready to assist in everything you needed. If you need a taxi (like we did), 1 call from the reception and you'll have a taxi in 5 minutes, no matter the time! The hotel has 2 places right next to the reception where you can rent a car (ONE car rentals), and you also have a guest relations office where you can find trips around Crete! We have rented a car for a few days from the hotel's car rental, and honestly, we got an amazing deal which is way more expensive on their site! All the cars you rent will have the full insurance included because of the hotel's policy (a big plus!), so no worrying about that! The renting process is quick and easy.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Special mention of Katerina from Guest services, she was amazing and helped with any questions or requests I had and Barbara who was part of the Waiting staff, nothing was too much trouble, she always greeted us with a smile. The food was very good, with there was a wide variety at Breakfast with choices to suit everyone. Loved that we could book a different style of food each night for dinner. Our favourite was the Greek Grill, I could eat the spit roasted lamb every day. It was very tasty.

Really central, rooms spacious and spotless clean. Pool area fab, dj most of day. We went half board - breakfast brilliant and got 22e a day to spend on lunch or dinner which was great as food very reasonable and great choice. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommend using the spa also.

    Amazing Resort and extensive facilities on site. Staff are amazing. Also one of the best mani/pedi I ever had at the salon. Resort is about 30 minutes from airport, and would say for a 5* Europe resort, this lives up to expectation, but don't compare to a 5* Caribbean or Mexico Resort, so bear that in mind. We stayed at the Ocean view room which had spectacular views. The Rocky beach was just fantastic with the lounges and beds, and considering how busy this resort is, never noticed it and never felt overcrowded, and you never had to reserve benches or lounges by the beach or pool, there was more than enough to go round and even more spare. A la Carte restaurants that were amazing and my favourites are Umi (Sushi), Azzuro (Italian), Thalassa for breakfast & lunch, Poseidon. A real let down of the restaurants was Nami, only delicious items were the Starters. Staff at this resort were fantastic overall, but special thanks to the following: Anastasi, Konstantina, Angelina, Ritsa and Lucas.

    Hersonissos is lively to many restaurants and bars. Having a car is an advantage as the best beaches and many restaurants recommended to us were not within walking distance. Best nearby restaurants were Areston and Avli. Skipper is reaonable on the restaurant strip. A bus service is available but we did not use it. Lots to do in Heraklion which can be reached by bus or car. We went to Agios Nikolaos and to Elounda. Good walks in both directions from the flat

    I recommend all inclusive because the prices at the terrace and restaurants are quite high.The mayor's office should take care of the city because there are many places that look like after the war.

    It is a nice location having a lot of restaurants and shops. The best location for eating was the White Lion restaurant which I recommend. In terms of activities, you can have some cruises, various trips like safari, jet ski, sea sailing.

    Dress code at dinner is not kept. people (especialy man( come with shots, bathing suits, flipflops etc. Good for families with children. very noisy because of thet. Less suitable for elderly people that look for a quiet resors.

    Promenade wonderful, bars & restaurants either side offering lovely meals. Quieter at the East end, livelier at West End. Really fun place. Only complaint was that some bars played really loud clubbing type music, not impressed when you want to sit & chat.

    AMAZING! The hotel is located in the very center, close to all the main places along the seaside, has its own bar-restaurant. The whole building and rooms have a very modern design comparing to other places in Crete, very clean and welcoming. Breakfast is very rich and satisfying and the staff of the hotel and restaurant is so nice, always helping and very warm. I felt I am getting the maximum for a very good price, looking forward to stay there again.

    Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We searched online,and discovered, there were much better hotels not far,for the same amount of money.. But it was already late...Nothing to like there,except the sea,which was very beautiful with a clean beach with a friendly staff...People in Crete are very polite and helpful. The center of Hersonissos is very nice to walk in the evenings.

    We had an amazing stay in the penthouse room, the terrace was even better than the pictures! The breakfast basket delivered every morning was great, and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Perfect location to walk to restaurants / bars. We look forward to returning in the near future! Will be recommending to any friends visiting Crete.
