This is a fantastic villa, with sweeping views of the sea and Ithaca. It is stylish, spacious and spotlessly clean. Large sliding windows provide fantastic light and views throughout the villa. Modern heating/cooling units mean that the villa is suitable year round. The location, 10 minutes’ drive from Sami, could not be better for exploring the island. Communications with Elena before and during our stay were timely and helpful.

Mr. Takis was readily available for anything we needed after we arrived. He let us in and showed us around and made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. The villa itself was impeccable. Clean, beautiful, and atmospheric. We were close to everything we needed (Sami being a 10 minute drive) and some gorgeous views. My wife and I hiked Mt. Ainos which was conveniently only 20 minutes away. Being there in the winter time was relaxing as there was no hustle and bustle of tourists everywhere and having access to the sauna and the heated subflooring was a godsend during those cold mornings. Also there were two adorable cats that were so chatty and lovable that showed up at the kitchen door so if you love cats, you'll definitely like the place. My wife and I will definitely be making a reservation for summertime so we can enjoy the warm weather and pools.

Everything it was perfect, the owners are so kind and received us personally, giving us tips related to the city where to find everything what we need and also offered bikes for us toride instead of walking to the city we arrived from Poros by taxi). The garden, the property in general are so clean, beautiful, cozy and well organized that I feel like I would like to live there forever haha! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality!

    Villa Templin is a beautiful villa in the hills of Chaliotata. There is nothing in the area itself but Sami, a beautiful fishing village, 10 mins drive by car has 2 good supermarkets, butchers/fishmonger, car hire and many Greek/Mediterranean restaurants on the edge of the harbour.
