Excellent value for money. Very easy to check in, when answered. Very big apartment. Very good generous welcoming - we got fruits and water (3 large bottles). Equipped kitchen, made breakfast. Had a parking place. Very nice little porch to sit and great place to sit outside on ground-floor (had a lovely breakfast)

The hotel is very modern, and the attention to detail is fabulous. Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning with amazing views of the town was very special. The choice of food catered for all types and varied each day, especially the homemade cakes! The staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and visit. The room was very spacious with our own private balcony overlooking the pool, cleaned daily, with storage space for all our belongings. The pool area was spotless,very relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks and food are available also. Private parking for our hire car just around the corner was an added bonus. All in all, it's a fabulous place to stay, and we will definitely be going back.

The suites are located in a very peaceful corner of the old town, and yet just a couple of minutes away from the busiest streets of Rethymno, full of shops and restaurants. Rooms are luxuriously furnished, with high quality and sustainable materials. Air-conditioning is brand new, very efficient and quiet. We loved the small pool and the outdoor shower which were a bliss during those hot summer days. The small inner courtyard is a peaceful place to relax after a day spent exploring the island. Breakfast is provided à la carte, with only fresh ingredients. Staff is attentive and very caring. Needless to say, rooms are extremely clean, as well as the common spaces. Last but not least, if you are coming by car, there is a private parking lot, which is a necessity, since it is almost impossible to park the car in downtown Rethymno.

Loved everything about Mansio from its stylish comfortable room with lovely bathroom to its fabulous location, easy walking distance to everything. Loved to pool after a hot day. Great breakfast and really welcoming helpful staff.

Great new hotel. Everything works perfectly. The room is wonderful, as is the bathroom and the beds. Nothing is missing. Home automation at the top. Perfect breakfast with omelettes offered instantly by the cook. The staff at the reception are very kind, as is Julia, the owner, a lady of infinite kindness

The hotel is very well located, and you can tell it has been carefully renovated. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are new. I had an issue with the reservation, as I thought I had booked a different room. However, as soon as I communicated my wish to switch to a room on a single level, they helped me and quickly found a solution. I really liked the service attention .

    Giorgio is the perfect host.

    Giorgio is the perfect host. We arrived at the villa very late at night and he was waiting to welcome us with a local Greek meal. The villa is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, basic ingredients such as salt, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, mineral water, beers, spices and more. Every morning Giorgio was interested in our daily plan and depending on the area we chose to travel he added more recommendations. His recommendations are great. We stayed in the villa for 8 nights, the villa is large and very well maintained with a pool and wonderful natural areas. On the morning of the trip back home, Giorgio came to say goodbye to us and we even received farewell gifts. Thank you Giorgio, you are a friend for life.
