Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations. The staff, the room, the pool area, we could not have asked for a better holiday. Location also was great, the hotel is located on a strip full of cute restaurants and just half hour away from Chania center. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but breakfast and lunch were great.

New and slick designed hotel and gardens that really make the most of beautiful views across the bay to the mountains. The gardens are full of wild flowers and olive trees and the buildings set out to maximise the views. Lots of space to chill and great swim spots off the rocks.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and was very satisfied. The room was perfectly clean, which is always a priority for me. I would especially like to mention the incredibly comfortable bed, on which I had a great night's sleep. The blackout curtains were also an important detail, which completely blocked out the light and promoted a full night's sleep, which is essential when travelling for business. The staff were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any requests I made, which made me feel cared for and cosy. The hotel manager kindly told me about the plans for the winter season, which was a pleasant surprise. It turns out that most hotels in the area close for the winter, but Amour Relax stays open and offers its guests lots of interesting winter activities. I would love to stay here again in winter, as the hotel maintains a high level of service and creates a cosy atmosphere all year round. I am especially looking forward to participating in the winter activities, which promise to be varied and interesting!

Amazing views and a really nice pool also there’s a restaurant owned by them right across the road that has everything you need. Has spacious rooms and bathrooms and is also 15 minutes away from one of the most beautiful and famous lakes in Europe its absolutely stunning would highly recommend also really good price

Very private, tranquil and comfortable hotel, very clean rooms and swimming pool! Special great appreciation for the kitchen facilities - simple, exactly what is needed, very good quality and well thought through. Anastasia, Hotel Manager (and all the staff) is very friendly and customer oriented. All our wishes were fulfilled easy and with the smile. This is our second time in this beautiful hotel and we will come again for sure!

This was one of our favourite stops on a tour around Crete. Perfect for couples who prefer an apartment to relax in and cook. We would have happily stayed longer there! Great views, and close to a beach with good restaurants. We had only a brief interaction with the owner, but he was friendly and seemed like he would have been willing to help had we needed anything. Free parking was a bonus!

We enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with everything we needed. The view from the property is beautiful, and watching the sunrise in the morning was a real highlight. The pool was well maintained and perfect for relaxing. The host was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Having a parking spot right on site was super convenient.
