we loved our stay! the room was large, and we could enjoy our small swimming pool with a nice view! all staff extremely kind and the massage the day after walking the gorge was perfect! Breakfast was every day a perfect experience! thanks so much to all the staff who made our stay perfect! also the cleaning was extremely good (noticing we came often with sand, wet beach towels, etc).

This property is just amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and had very good recommendations for where to go in the city. Also they were always cheerful and had great vibes. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also really good and they also make fresh eggs for breakfast by order so they are really good no matter at what time you go to breakfast. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel that goes to town and it takes only about 10minutes. Altogether we had an amazing stay and are definitely gonna come back.

A stunning hotel in its beauty! Every detail in the new hotel is designed in natural colors, creating an atmosphere of calm and tranquility. The amazing architecture of the hotel connects perfectly with nature, and everything was simply beautiful and perfect! My room had a private pool, and it was simply magical. Natural light flooded the bathroom, making the experience even more special. We received delicious pastries and chocolates in our room, which added an extra touch to our experience. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. The pools in the hotel are amazing, inviting me to relax and enjoy. The pool bar and the main pool were simply breathtaking in their beauty. The reception staff was amazing and welcoming, contributing to my excellent feeling during the stay. This is the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in, and the views are breathtaking! Additionally, it is very close to Chania Airport, making it especially convenient. If you are looking for a pampering and beautiful place, this is the perfect spot! I highly recommend it!

Stunning, comfortable, exceptionally clean. Excellent, helpful service. Stella went the extra mile to help with all my questions. I personally loved the room set up and layout. The balcony is lovely and spacious, and a perfect little city stop over, if you need to be near the port. It's right next to Souda port, with lots of little local shops to try within walking distance. The hotel are also able to help arrange tours and transfers.
