Everything was amazing. They really paid attention to every detail on this place. We felt very welcomed from the very first moment when we were offered wine upon arrival while shown around the establishment. Some more details: 1. The location is really quiet and ideal for a restful vacation. 2. The infrastructure design is greatly planned with the clean pool, the convenient sun beds, the pool bar and the adjacent restaurant, while so close to the room. 3. The staff was always helpful and caring. And they always had great suggestions for us. 4. And the food was absolutely tasty! We actually ate the best pita that we have eaten in Greece. Congratulations to the cooks! And the food was available throughout the day and we could enjoy it even on the sun beds while sunbathing. The restaurant area was also really cute and the cocktails were properly made. 5. The fact that it is adults only and the hotel pool is exclusively available to the residents and connected via a wooden path to the sea. 6. We also had our own sunbeds on the small beach in front of the hotel. We were also offered beach towels. 7. The spacious room with the big bed and a very comfortable bathroom and shower. Even the balcony was very big and the sea view was breathtaking. The TV was also huge. 8. Finally, everything was very very clean.

Amazing staff. They helped us whenever we needed anything and they worked hard when our excursion booking went a little crazy.They let us take wine glasses and keep them for days. The room service is restaurant level and same price. The rooms were super clean and the beds super comfy.

We could be more happier with our stay at filmar hotel. The staff are lovely and so helpful🙏💕 Location is perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. Our balcony was so cozy we even had ocean view and quiet. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Ixia🩷

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Stav, the property manager, is extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us a warm welcome and provided us with lots of information about the options both inside and outside the hotel. He was always available for questions and, above all, a very pleasant person. The hotel owner was also frequently present. The breakfast was excellently prepared. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation. The rooms are clean, the pool is at the perfect temperature and is maintained daily. Even the sunbeds are cleaned every day and provided with fresh towels. Truly a hotel we highly recommend!

Hotel was nice and clean. Food was awesome (for all-inclusive, but you cannot compare it with some local restaurant). a different dinner is served every day of the week, so you don't have to eat the same meal every night. Also the greek court is awesome, especially, if u need early/late lunch. Lots of seniors at the hotel (we didnt new that before our stay), we were quite shoked, but then we were really happy about it. It was really calm.

    Lovely friendly place!

    Lovely friendly place! Loads of shops for tourist tat, places to eat (the Rock Island bar has a singer or band most nights) - Michael is the door host - the staff are pleasant and friendly. FBI for food - really, surprisingly lovely! Peris for food - service can be a little slow - but food nice. Spar - quite expensive for certain things, we used A&B supermarket as well. Pebbly beach - we only went to look and take sunset photos. A slow walk into Ialysos takes about an hour, go for food there and wander the shops, it's very quirky in places! Pavements can be a little "up & down" and rough in places. You can buy cat food for the cats, they're appreciative-don't touch them though! Municipal bins for rubbish - emptied daily. Bus to Rhodes is cheap and they run well - even on Sundays! Most shops close Sundays. People are very friendly and there isn't the expectation that you'll come in to their restaurant or bar (not like in Rhodes where we felt quite hassled at times) just by checking their menu outside. There is crazy golf about 40 minutes walk away - get the bus though as it means you won't have melted by the time you get there! There is a small bar there too which is very nice to sit in and have a small refreshment. There ARE crossings on the main road (no traffic lights or pelican crossings) but just step out slowly and most drivers will stop/slow to let you cross...it can be a bit like the old arcade game "Frogger" at busy times though!

    Staff in main hotel and restaurant were superb. All requests accommodated Airport transfer brilliant- no waiting Room cleanliness - spot on and staff helpful and welcoming Food - excellent in main restaurant with so much choice. The Greek Al a Carte was amazing and so filling! Entertainment - varied but the violinist was excellent and played modern songs. Very “ Bridgerton” in style , loved it . Only shame we missed the Tenors

    Very peaceful zero crowd lovely atmosphere and reasonable price for delicious food. Close to old town and airport…perfect place for relaxing with limited budgets! must try food truck dish at sea bao! Specifically black burger and schirm burger! I have never eaten so tasty burger in my life!

    It had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were all lovely, helpful and thoughtful. The room was clean and the garden was a wonderful oasis. Every morning we looked forward to the breakfast! It was really well positioned in Rhodes to be close to the beach within easy walking distance.

    We arrived early in the holiday season and not all bars and restaurants were open. As a result it was quieter and therefore visit later if you want more hustle and bustle. The hospitality was so welcoming and the message from all the local is - 'relax, relax and enjoy' Easy to do in Ixia and elsewhere in Rhodes.

    The hotel and grounds were lovely and the beach opposite was...

    The hotel and grounds were lovely and the beach opposite was a real bonus.The breakfasts and coffee in the morning were cold and the staff looked harassed and weren't happy if you asked for replacement hot coffee.Our room was very spacious but it was spoiled by the stained and damaged lamps.When we asked for room service it took two hours to arrive and when it did,we were in bed.The extra touches from the staff which you would expect from a 5 star hotel were not there.

    We chose the all-inclusive package as we have a 2 year old so felt it would be a lot easier. The hotel was in a good location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute taxi journey into Rhodes. The swimming pool was very big. The restaurants were superb- we went to the Japenese restaurant twice and the greek restaurant one night. The buffet breakfast was good and we liked the a la carte menu. The staff were very accommodating and friendly - they gave lots of attention to our daughter.
