Very comfortable for a 4-membets family. On the first floor there are one room with a double-bed and another room with 2 separate beds, and on the ground floor there are a living room with one three-seater, one two-seater and 2 armchairs, and a kitchen. The accomodation is very clean. There is no feeling of humidity nor any mould. The house is very well equipped with everything you would need on a family vacation. There is the terrace in front of the entrance, where it is pleasant to sit if you want a view on the street In the back, next to the kitchen, there is the another terrace overlooking the small garden, where it is nice to have a meal, play board games, work on the laptop etc. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there are a washing machine (that works great) and wires for clothes drying. Wi-fi works perfect. Next to the entrance gate there is a practical device that very quickly washes the sand off the feet when comming from the beach. Anti-mosquito nets are available on all windows and entrance to the terrace. Air-conditioners quickly cool both the ground floor and the upper floor. There is the bathroom on the ground floor (with the window), and the toilet on the first floor. Even a full first aid cabinet is available. There is enough free space for suitcases and shoes, and also enough cupboards, drawers and shelves for other things. The accomodation is very close to the beach, as well as the main promenade, which you can reach in 1-2 minutes by foot. If there is no parking space right in front of the house, the large parking lot, where you will always find a place, is 50 m away. There are in the same street 2 supermarkets with low prices and a bakery. The part of the promenade closest to the accommodation is full of good restaurants and cafes. In addition to high functionality, this accommodation is aesthetically nice aranged too. The owners are so kind and hospitable. All recommendations.

Great VACATION! Gorgeous Elisabeth! 4 balcony doors, 2 on each side, if you want shade, you always have a choice! In the kitchen: a large refrigerator, a capsule coffee machine (capsules are replenished) + a machine for making real Greek coffee. A shower stall, not a rag that makes the whole floor wet! The air conditioner is enough to cool the entire apartment. Cleaning every 5 days, change of bed linen and towels (a week's supply provided). Cleaning is not just cleaning but changing the decor: bedspreads on sofas, covers on chairs and replacing tablecloths on all tables, even on the balcony. There is a lot of greenery on the balconies. All with love and for comfort. 2 sun loungers are provided. There were many "delicious" surprises.

I had a fantastic stay at this booking flat in Flogita! The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a great location close to the beach and local amenities.     The beach was quite nice actually.

    The beach was quite nice actually. It's mostly sandy with some rocks in the shallows. The water during our stay (mid-July) was very warm and calm. This probably varies depending on the location as the beach is very large. The prices seemed quite high considering the location, both in the beach bars and the restaurants. But maybe that's just general inflation. All the food we tried was quite nice though. There are multiple great Gyro spots, a couple of nice tavernas, a bakery and some pastry/ice cream shops all near the beach. There's only one medium sized store and a couple of smaller ones. So if you're looking for any larger markets you'll have to go to Nea Plaghia or Nea Moudania. The night life is pretty bad, almost non-existent. There are a couple of fancy beach bars that have parties daily but they are mostly empty during the work week. The weekends are a bit better with more people and local tourists but as non-Greeks we were extremely disappointed with the service, prices and especially the music.

    Our family likes Flogita because of its location, it is near all cool beaches in Chalkidiki. It is nice to have a long walk in the evening. I has many great places to dine or have a snack. We like the long sandy beach, especially in the morning hours when the water is clear. Our kids love the place!

    The place with a lots of potential - comparing the neighbouring villages you would tell so. Position of village is very nice - orineted to the south, south west to open sea, Thessaloniki 35mins drive, on the mouth of Chalkidiki - nor less the overall charm. Although there are quite some closed beach bars and unarranged walking areas, making the ‘main zone’ only a packed street next to the beach, on the right side approaching the sea (quite old school restaurants requiring more attention and renovation, with true, good food, fair prices and service), while the ‘left side’ is completely unused. Would be great to see the development in next years and surely come back, as there is a certain charm which you can not find in surrounding villages/places (even if you go further to Kasandra).

    Flogita is a great family holiday destination.

    Flogita is a great family holiday destination. There is one pub where the locals go just outside the center, I recommend that instead of the Main Street. Make sure you bring special shoes for the water since the stones make it very difficult to enter the sea.

    Flogita is an excellent choice for those arriving by plane, because the airport is about 30 km away and taxis are immediately available. Flogita is a good choice for families with children, because there is no noise and the entrance to the sea is super suitable for little ones. In Flogita, there is the best pastry shop where you can have specially made ice cream and cakes and there are more places with good gyros.

    Great Beach - especially in right side of place, right of football filed. Nice small town , with lovely tavernas, plenty of content for children. If you preferer city walks and or some clubbing, or shopping Flogita is close to Nea Moudania and Thessaloniki
