Great hotel. We were among the first people staying here as it had only recently opened so not all ammenities were available yet. Location is absolutely stunning, the view from our terrace and from the main restaurant was amazing. Very calm area at this time of year (end of april), which allows you to enjoy the true charm of Crete. The staff in the hotel was super nice, rooms very comfortable and excellent service. We booked half board and are both vegetarian. We loved the food, allthough not specifically targetted to vegetarians. More than enough options at the buffet but would have been great to see some vegetarian versions of Greek classics (veggy moussaka for example?). Specific shoutout to Marios, who made us feel super comfortable and we actually missed him on his one day off.

The location was fabulous, sheltered sandy beach with water sports and close proximity to two local towns which both had an excellent choice of restaurants. The staff were all first class throughout the hotel and extremely polite. Our hotel room was perfect with the added benefit of shared pool which seemed private as the other two rooms adjoining us didn’t use. Would definitely return when next in Crete.

Great property in the center of Elounda. Nice swimming pool, great breakfast view and amazing staff. I had the pleasure to be welcomed on property by Maria, who was perfect. The rest of the staff all seemed friendly and nice too.

    Elounda is a lovely safe area.

    Elounda is a lovely safe area. It is kept very clean and tidy. Good for young famalies and couples. Not so lively for teenagers, young adults with no clubs. There is a great choice of restaurants, most of which have great views. the quality of the food in general is good, the choice of food is very similar in most of the restaurants. The service of the restaurants is generally good, although many of them get quite busy at the same time, so you need to be patient.

    Amazing place.

    Amazing place. The small fishing town was a really nice place to visit for an evening off the all inclusive resort. Plenty of restaurants and bars overlooking a really nice harbour. We were lucky that our resort was right up in the hills and the views were stunning.

    Great location.

    Great location. Incredible views to wake up to each morning . Two beaches to choose from . Breakfast excellent . All staff could not be more helpful. Definitely recommend for family or a couple looking for a few days relaxing away. High end. Very civilised without being pretentious . Hotel full but did not feel busy .

    An exceptional stay in a true Cretan paradise! Elounda – Curio Collection by Hilton is simply outstanding. The location is breathtaking, the architecture blends beautifully with the natural surroundings, and the peaceful atmosphere invites you to relax from the very first moment. Everything is tastefully designed and impeccably maintained. From the warm welcome to the smallest attentions throughout our stay, the service was flawless. The entire staff was incredibly kind and professional — always ready to assist with a smile. A very special thank you to Chrisa, who truly made a difference. She was supportive, helpful, and incredibly warm, going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Her genuine care and kindness touched us deeply. We left with unforgettable memories and are already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

    I have been visiting Elounda for around 8 years now....every...

    I have been visiting Elounda for around 8 years now....every year for at least a week. It is so easy to get around Elounda walking/strolling. If you would like to visit Plaka further down the coast and Aghios Nicholas Main Town the bus service is very good and just cost a few euros.Or take a taxi as the Taxi Rank is just near to the Harbour. Del Mar Cafe on the water front is a great place for breakfast, brunch, lunch, Drinks, Ice Creams. Popi the owner and her lovely staff mainly being her family or staff that have been with her for a few years are very welcoming. Dimitris Steak House Restaurant Has a Great Tradition Greek Food Menu with selection of other meals...Pizza's for example etc. Olous Restaurant for Food and Drink also very good selection. We have always found the People Running and Working in all of the shops and restaurants to be very welcoming, and friendly. They never forget "A Face" and always remember if you are a Return Visitor....Very Good Hospitality. There are several Italian REstaurants too...i have tried most of them they too are all wonderful. Eden Bar is Great Manos the owner....his sister Anita....are very welcoming The Drinks/Cocktails .....are great, They also serve food and open morning until late at night...highly recommend. I Love Elounda Love the welcome i am given and that l feel very safe in Elounda. The Beach is good to....Sunbeds to hire.

    Lovely hotel - excellent service - friendly staff. Plenty to do with on site water sports. Lovely beach area exclusive to hotel guests . Great inter dining options with Elounda Mare Hotel and a fabulous water taxi to take you between the hotels. Sunbeds and service round the beach were great and Delfina was so good and attentive . Giorgos on reception was mega helpful and Anthi and Stefanos on the golf buggy also deserve a mention. Hotel rooms were very clean and we had a lovely room on 2 levels with private pool. Great views. Food was v good , wine in the Italian restaurant was a bit pricey . Great holiday and and we would definitely return.

    The hotel is beautiful, and the location is amazing—about 1.5 km from Elounda but without the hustle and bustle. There are stunning views of the sea from every corner, and the room was amazing—it included all the comforts, a great shower, and a balcony with a view of the bay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of food, including traditional delicacies and of course, views of the bay.

    Exceptionally good hotel on a hill, in a quiet location in the heart of Elounda. The food, especially daily selection of pastries! The view, the comfort, lovely and accommodating staff - we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend it!

    Beachfront with easy access to the beach. Although there were many facilities such as a number of restaurants and 3 pools with easy access, the amenities were old and not maintained to the standards of a 5 star hotel.
