The beach is amazing. The apartments are located just a 5-10 minute walk from Elafonisi beach. The apartments (family room) are spacious for 3or 5 people, have a nice cooking area and have cleaning every other day. The pool is great, overflowing to the beach / parking lot, coated in stone ceramic with 1.4 m depth and a 0.6 kids section. We were lucky to have the apartment with a spacious private terrace with two sunbeds, but all rooms have private seating space outside and there is plenty of public space with sunbeds outside. There is no better located property at Elafonisi.

The hotel is very nice, good installations and all you need. What really really stood out was the treatment by the personell; Thanisios una Harris in reception were super friendly and helpfull; Kostas in the evening and Isabelle for brealfast in the restaurant gave us a 5 star service. They were the ones that served us but the whole restaurant crew was very fortxoming. Kostas was especially nice, giving us recommendations and tips about what to do in the region. Efharistó Kostas! Also: the feta in fylos was the best we have eaten so far in all of Greece. Hope to come back, thanks a lot!

Very close to Elafonisi beach (around 10m walk), very quiet location, amazing spot to watch the stars at night, complementary breakfast, close to a market and various bars, and don’t forget to have a meal at Glykeria, 5m away by car. The staff was super attentive, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

We arrived early by bus and he kindly let us store our luggage in a safe place and even allowed us to check in early. The mini market on site had everything we needed, including some really good sandwiches. Prices were fair, and the room was comfortable with AC as well. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. There’s a cafeteria right by the beach, and you’ll find everything you need there, sunbeds, snacks, drinks, and shade. It was quite windy when we visited, no waves, but the wind made it hard to set up our umbrella, and it got really hot. Still, the scenery was beautiful and it’s a must visit spot. Would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful accommodation. Very spacious and well equipped. We loved the flexibility afforded by the outside spaces and could find a sunny spot at all times of the day. The pool looked incredibly inviting but was too cool mid-oct. The sunsets were spectacular with great views from the upstairs balcony.

    It's a nice beach and especially good if you are traveling...

    It's a nice beach and especially good if you are traveling with young children since the water is shallow and warm. For my personal taste the main beach is too crowded and touristy and would prefer quieter more rugged beaches, but it was a great destination traveling as a family with a toddler because it was safe and clean and we were staying at a hotel within walking distance from the beach.

    Great beach with varied water levels and temperatures from 20 to 30o C in the summer I’d say. Walk and swim around to find your perfect spot. The sand is wet in most of the places. A lot of nature but heavily visited especially on Mondays and Tuesdays from what it seemed to is during our stay. Two beach bars, two restaurants above, several room rental places, two supermarkets and some shops. Prices are a bit high from Crete, especially in the supermarkets, but still good options. The connection to Kissamos and Chaina is not bad, please not there is a new motorway section in the mountains that bypasses Topolia and its gorge tunnel that is not in Google maps yet.

    Elafonissi beach is truly spectacular.

    Elafonissi beach is truly spectacular. Definitely worth a visit. The beach is very crowded. The only alternative beach within a radius of 20 km has natural shade from trees (convenient in the wind). In case of wind, it is also quite crowded.

    Elafonissi beach is beautiful but can get very crowded. Paddle over to the island for more secluded areas. It is well worth the effort The taverna at Elafonissi village is excellent value for food and drinks with friendly staff who never make you feel hurried

    The whole area is very beautiful.

    The whole area is very beautiful. Starting with the journey to arrive at this place. You need to drive thru the Topolia gorge which is gorgeous. Once you pass the mountains you reach a terrain covered with scattered trees, palm trees, growing on the side of the mountain. The beach itself is lovely. I think going off-season was a good idea, since it was not crowded.

    Very popular beach with two or three areas with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent. Quite busy but the vibe was overall pleasant with lots of families enjoying the beach. Basic sandwiches to go and drinks are available at a snack bar on the beach. The hike down from the parking area can be challenging in the heat.

    The House is located only 3min drive to a number of beaches including Elafonisi, but in the same time is in a quiet area surrounded by olive tree orchards. By foot you can go to a couple of local tavernas for good food and drink. Hosts are very pleasent and you will be supplied with homemade olive oil, and fresh fruit. Of course the house is fully supplied with everything you may need and even more. We strongly recommend for families. When we return to Elafonisi we will definitely stay here again.

    Really lovely staff who made us feel so welcome, good location only a 5-10 min drive to Elafonisi Beach car parks (there is a walk from there). Great breakfast if you want to eat in the upstairs restaurant and we really enjoyed sitting there each evening with a drink, watching the sun set over the monastery and out to sea,

    It is the only location very close to Elafonisi beach, just a 5-minute walk away. At the location you have everything you need for a quiet vacation: a panoramic view of the lagoon, swimming pool, tavern where you can have a meal and admire the view. The food is very fresh and diverse
