The location was great as the hotel was minutes away from Petani Beach and 15mins from Ammos Beach. Myrtos was a little farther due to the closure of the Winter Bridge. Repair in progress, not sure when this route will be open. Hotel is new so everything functioned as designed. Heating worked great as a few of the nights it was cold so we turned on the Heating for 30mins to warm up the Suite. Kitchenette was perfect for preparing a light dinner if you don't want to drive out to eat. Good size balcony with a table to enjoy some wine while watching the sunset. WiFi was stable and fast. Pool was open but it was still a little cold to jump in. Even though, the hotel was next to the road, it was quiet when a car passes by. At night, the area is quiet except for the occasional barking dogs from the neighboring houses. The Breakfast area is still under construction so Breakfast was provided in the suite every morning. Most importantly, the Owner, Ilias was very helpful with local information and reply promptly to questions via WhatsApp. Many thanks Ilias for letting us enjoy your new hotel. We look forward to returning at the end of Summer so that we can swim at Petani and Ammos Beaches!

The tiny beach is right across the hotel and there was nobody there. It's approximately 30 min walking from which I didn't mind, I went for a run or walked. It's good value for the price, with breakfast included, the young receptionist was nice, the room even has a TV (didn't watch) and my room was big with a terrasse. There's a pool as well (didn't use it).

We always stay here when we need a hotel in Lixouri, the pool is big in a beautiful open scenic setting and all the staff and cleaners are super friendly. The location is great close to the local beach and town centre square. We like to have 2 pillows each as there was one each in the room so we asked for extra and got them with no quibble. Great air conditioning which cooled the room quickly and brilliantly well in the heat!

Near the coast, remote and quiet. Host was helpful with suggestions on restaurants and areas to visit. There were very few tourist around and everything was closing down.

    Charming, characterful property, but sadly cannot recommend.

    Charming, characterful property, but sadly cannot recommend. Despite the booking being confirmed and paid for, arrived tired and exhausted only to be told that property was not available for stays of less than 2 weeks. After admitting their mistake, the owner's did open up the property, but we were never made to feel welcome. The house clearly belonged to the host's parents and is full of personal effects. We may just have been unlucky and this may have been an innocent mistake, but on the basis of our personal experience, we found the hosts very unprofessional and unwelcoming and this tainted our whole stay. Parking access is also very difficult
