We recently stayed at Nido Mar Bella Hotel and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days filled with exploration. The staff at Nido Mar Bella Hotel are outstanding, always welcoming and eager to assist with any request. The on-site restaurant serves delicious, fresh cuisine, and the breakfast buffet serves a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.     Little village with nice atmosphere and people, having a wonderful restaurant Archontikon nearby. It was a good starting point for a lot of destinations on the island. Although if you are looking for some place with bars, caffes and/or any kind of nightlife, this might not be the right place for you as Chlomatiana is more of a peaceful and quiet location.

    The village is high in the hills, surrounded by olive trees.

    The village is high in the hills, surrounded by olive trees. The walk around the village at twilight is very romantic and pleasant. The village is generally quiet, we loved greeting the old people sitting in front of their porches and have learned some greek too! It gets cool at night, so we slept very well. We didn't like the Messogi beach near by as we are adepts of desert sandy beaches and Chlomatiana is at 20 min drive to 3 of them - Haloukias, Issos and Marathias. If you are coming by car, get on the ferry from Igoumenitsa to Lefkimmi (Corfu town is quite busy).
