Both tavernas in the village of Athani good value for money, fresh and well tasing food, even though simple places. Very charming and authentic. We enjoyed eating at Ionian Taverna which i situated away from the road with a great view of the sea. Very nice traditional greek food and friendly service. One of the small villages on the west side of Lefkada, with great views of the sea and sunset, and a couple of nice restaurants. A small, quiet village.
A small, quiet village. Some of the houses are dilapidated, crumbling. But the rest are clean, neat, with lots of flowers. In the direction of Porto Katsiki, less than 1 km from Pure Blue, there is a great tavern with a unique view.
