great location, beautiful and quiet surroundings, with flowers and plants. The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean. it is very nice to drink your coffee on the terrace in the morning. The owners are nice and helpful, I can only recommend the place to everyone.

The Anthousa Hotel is so cozy and sweet boutique hotel in the excellent position in Apollonia. From there its really easy to catch a bus and go to the beach. Kastro town is on a walkable distance, so you can visit it. My apartment was small but very well equipped. It was on ground floor but really nice, comfortable bed, small but practical bathroom. The hotel is central located and in a few steps you are in centar of the town. Hotel also have his restaurant wher you can eat delicious food. Niki were very polite and helpful, Im grateful that Ive been in this hotel. For the recommendation.

Hotel Petali exceeded expectations including pre arrival communication, the port pick up and drop off, immaculate rooms and common facilities, easy walking access to Apollonia and Artemonas, buses to beaches, and walking trails. The staff were with no exception, always friendly and happy to help. Highly recommend!

Quiet, spotless clean and comfortable property. Its location right next to a scenic hiking route to Kastro. This place is great if you come to Sifnos for hiking. I did many hikes starting from this property. Air con and shower are great, bed is comfortable, big for 1 person, moderate for 2. Friendly owner of the hotel where you pick up keys. Location is excellent for bus stop, in front of the entrance path. I stayed in room 1, there are 3 rooms. I would say room 3 has most privacy (and most sunny terrace). As in room 1 the other 2 rooms have to cross your little terrace. For light sleepers, there are some outdoor lights, and red lights in the room that could hinder sleep. B.com states there is a washing machine, there is not. The hotel where you pick up your keys does laundry service, 5 kilo is 13 euros I believe (wash, dry and iron). I did my own washing, as there is a small plastic tub, and every room has an outdoor drying rack. If you have a heavy suitcase, this place might not be ideal. As there is a 50 mtr stair cased path.

We really liked everything! No words can describe how perfect, relaxing and quiet it was. Magnificent garden, beautiful rooms. We were welcomed with a big smile. It was an out of the world experience. It has everything you needed and more. Another big plus is its location: close to the bus stop, from where you can catch the bus to explore the island AND very close to the lovely centre of Apollonia. We arrived early the day of our check-in and they did everything they could to check us is as early as possible. We cannot wait to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay with Maria! She was the perfect host. The room was always clean, the shower was really nice and the breakfast on the terrace was the perfect way to start your day in Sifnos. Maria provided me with a hiking brochure, helped me to arrange a taxi on my departure day and was very understanding when my ferry got cancelled due to bad weather conditions. I would definitely come here again when I come back to Sifnos!

Beautiful property in a spectacular location its views of Kastro and the Aegean 3 minutes drive from Apollonia and Artemonas. There’s a beautiful outdoor area by the pool and a restaurant overlooking it. The design is classic Cycladic and the rooms have a lovely private patio. I can’t say enough about Spyros who went above and beyond to meet all our needs from recommendations to contacting us promptly because we had forgotten something. Sifnos wears the crown of Cyclades in my option and this resort certainly is worth a visit!

    Appolonia is a good base to explore the island. You can take a bus to all the major beaches/towns from here. Appolonia itself is a sweet town with lovely, welcoming people. There are also a number of really nice shops along the main walking street and restaurants. Finally, if you plan to hike around the trails of Sifnos Appolonia is the perfect place to start from.

    Apollonia is a lovely town, and a really great base for exploring the island. The views are beautiful, there are great places to eat and drink, as well as shops selling local goods. It’s very close to a village which is full of ceramics workshops, and we loved visiting and meeting some of the potters and buying directly from them. The town is a short drive from pretty much every other place on the island. It has lovely views and is quiet and safe. It was my first time visiting and I’ll definitely return in future, Sifnos is my favourite Greek island that I’ve visited so far.

    Having visited many Greek islands and the Cyclades in particular I can say that Sifnos is a delight!! The village of Apollonia is typical picture perfect with traditionally winding streets with blue and white buildings and a church at every turn. Lots of boutiques with local wares and lots of amazing restaurants. There are good bus routes from Apollonia to other villages on the island and at just €2 a journey why hire a car. Perfect for the real Greek experience.

    The nightlife of Sifnos is concentrated in Apollonia. Here the famous alley the "steno" (narrow street) is home to commercial shops, restaurants, bars and clubs which are open until late at night!

They have many trails and we will be back, because we underestimated the many trails and the length of trails offered. You are in for an adventure.     The hotel is well located being only a short walk from the port and the beach. The bus stop to the village is across the road. We had a nice room with a large terrace overlooking the bay. However, the shower was small and we did not have hot water. The welcome was good but breakfast did not vary. Not everyone wants toasted cheese sandwiches and hard boiled eggs for breakfast every time. A choice of omelette or other eggs would have been appreciated.

    Stunning family-owned place. The grounds offer a beautiful sea view with Kastro in the distance. Everything about this Gerofinikas was amazing, from the room design to the people around us. It's so relaxing waking up to the sea breeze, sunrise and peacefulness. The staff are attentive and kind. They have an onsite restaurant if you aren't bothered to walk to Apollonia, and the food was delicious. We could spend our entire day lounging by their pool.

    The room was very nice and comfy. I was surprised by the kitchen, it has everything we needed ! The location is just perfect; it's very close to the center of Apollonia, there is a supermarket close by, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient if you don't have a car. The owners (or managers) are honestly the sweetest people ever ! He even drove us to the port to catch our ferry. 100% recommend !

    The guesthouse is located in Apollonia , conveniently only 15-20 minutes car drive from all the “to go” destinations of the island. Also a big plus is also that it has free parking spots for all the guests. The room was impeccably clean and the towels were changed regularly. The hostess , very friendly and willing to help at any given time. We recommend staying in Margaritas Guesthouse without any second thoughts!

    Great peaceful central location on the island, making it easy to explore . The bus stop is only a short walk away , and there are plenty of bars and restaurants as well. The breakfast area has lovely views across the village and ocean. The staff at the hotel were really kind and helpful. We would visit again.
