Everything here was perfect: the pool, breakfast, staff and ofcourse the room. We liked it so much we booked the same place on our second trip to Tbilisi. Also, everything is walking distance from hotel Sota Metekhi and good restaurant options are around the corner.

    In some cities with a strong tourism-based economy, the urban system, social activities, and people are all adapted to visitors. What I encountered in Tbilisi, however, was a city where people made little effort to interact with non-locals. They would easily withdraw when facing tourists, and even activities like selling goods or earning income from tourism did not seem appealing to them. The city itself had old walls covered in graffiti. The locals appeared indifferent to their own history and culture. For instance, during a demonstration in front of the parliament, the stone walls of the building had been spray-painted, even though the police had completely secured the streets, and children were playing football right in the middle of the road. It was a strange and interesting experience. Especially the way down to the city’s metro, which descended two minutes deep underground—it was thrilling every time I used it.

    The city is nice and the nature but people are so rude and racist. They charged everything overpriced. They know you are a tourist and the prices increase immediately. We use bolt for transportation. Don’t use local taxis as the price at bolt was 5 lari , local taxis asked 30 lari for the same distance.

    There are many interesting sights to visit in Tbilisi. Also, there are a wide range of day trip that can be booked from the city, for example, to the mountains, wine tasting and other historical sights.

    We loved Tbilisi. We were there for 5 days.

    We loved Tbilisi. We were there for 5 days. The city is full of culture and traditions. Enjoyed walking in the streets in Old Tbilisi, relished Georgian food. Unlike Europe every thing here was open late till 9 P.M. There are lots of day tours from Tbilisi. In all its a vibrant city.

    Everything was perfect.

    Everything was perfect. Cheap taxi fees, (bolt App) very nice restaurants,cafes and bars with good prices,many tourist attractions to see in a short distances and very friendly people! The must of the down "the Funicular Restaurant" next to the tv tower up to the hill! We will be back, soon😉😊 August 10th to 15th!

    Tbilisi city center is okay but you are in a totally...

    Tbilisi city center is okay but you are in a totally different world when you step away from the city center. I was not too crazy about their dishes because none of their main courses come with side dishes. The presentation of their foods are great but tasteless. Take advantage of the mountain tours because it is totally worth it. Georgia has beautiful nature but the city sucks. It is okay to visit it once just to have another experience but I will not return.

    Hotel is really well located, there are many iconic landmarks nearby, including the Holy Trinity Cathedral, the Metekhi Church, and the Old Town. The breakfast buffet featured delicious Georgian and international dishes. The rooftop terrace is beautiful! To sum up this hotel has nice location, comfortable rooms, good service, and delicious food created a truly memorable experience for us. We would highly recommend Reikartz Avlabari Tbilisi to anyone seeking a good place for a family trip in the heart of Tbilisi.

    One thing you will never regret after spending your time here is Georgian hospitality and willingness to help you out in whatever aspects, it was just top level and it left me pleasantly impressed. The hotel is simple but nice, the location is good, the rooms have ACs and all the necessary things. There is even a kitchen where you can cook yourself a dinner or make yourself a cup of coffee. I felt like home! I will undoubtedly recommend this place to my family and friends!

    This hotel in Avlabari is a great price/performance. You can walk to the city center in 15 minutes or take the metro for one stop. The back balcony offers a view of the Mother of Georgia statue, and the friendly receptionist who works the night shift, along with their generosity and cleanliness, make this place deserve even higher praise.
