Families runs the hotels, is new and clean! Rooms are big, no aircon, but cool at night in summers. Breakfast is very basic. View from the balcony is amazing! Rooms on second floor by stairs only, staff can help you to carry the luggage.

We stayed at GRAF twice before and after visiting Juta and therefore we tried different rooms. Both were great with one of them having a magnificent view over the mountains and the church. The staff is great and it is a highly recommendable experience! After our visit we continued down to the Kakheti region but found out we had forgotten a bag! Both the staff and the owner were really nice, solving the problem for us by bringing it down to Tbilisi at the first occasion. A great help for us!

To me, Best View Kazbegi mirrors Georgia in a splendid way, in that everyone just seems friendly and happy. But where it really shines is the view. The hotel lives up to its name, and the town itself is just so majestic. Pictures can't really capture how the mountains loom incredibly over the town, and how spectacular it is when they appear and disappear due to the clouds.

    We wanted a hotel with a Mountain View & Grand View was just perfect for that. We hiked up to the church early in the morning to take in the views of Kazbegi & rewarded ourselves with a delicious breakfast in town @ Tiba after - really recommend . Short & sweet trip !

    Went there in July which gave us perfect 20°C and a hideaway from the extreme heat in the valleys. Absolutly wonderful views of the mountains around town. Lots of different treks from novice to expert. The town itself is a bit of a construction zone probably due to yearly spring floodings.

    Absolutely stunning!

    Absolutely stunning! The drive up is incredible with amazing views at every turn. Gergeti Trinity Church with Mount Kazbeg towering behind it was breathtaking - one of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen. Great hiking, fresh mountain air, and jaw-dropping scenery everywhere. Even with some clouds, the views were spectacular. Perfect day trip from Tbilisi despite the long drive.

    The town is busy being on the Georgian Military Highway and...

    The town is busy being on the Georgian Military Highway and lacks the charm of other towns. However, the beauty is in the absolutely gorgeous surrounding landscape and the hiking. Do the Trinity Church hike and drive to the Dariali Monastery Complex on the Russian border and have a nice lunch at the cafe.

    Really small place, not much to do at night and there arent any market near the top side of Kazbegi, you have to walk down to the center and then you have to take a taxi back to your place. On the other hand, view and nature is amazing.

    Excellent hotel. good food for lunch, diner or breakfast. Very convenient location to go hiking in the mountains, or looking for birds in the nearby valleys. Sufficient space for carpark, although after the rain, it becomes quite muddy. Sympathique and helpful staff

    It was my first time in Kazbegi and without these amazing girls I don’t know how it would be. LIKA the best person ever who made amazing breakfast with Georgian meals. NANA was a wonderful manager who did her best, smiling every time and give you helping hand. The room is super clean, prices are amazing for everyone, location unbelievable with mountain Kazbegi. All in all you have to visit this place Oishe is the best❤️❤️❤️

    Everything was perfect! Definitely recommend! Almost new building with surrounding beautiful mountain views. The room was very clean and comfortable. The host and her family was very helpful and take care us very well. Thanks a lot. We could use the share kitchen and dining room. We really enjoyed and relaxed with the kazbegi's best view at our room's balcony. Hopefully come here again. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel.

    The view from the front and back is so amazing. The room is very cozy and the breakfast is superb! I love all of it! It has wifi, and the place where we eat breakfast and dinner it has a very good view of the Gergeti trinity church plus, it's very cheap! If you want to have a more good view of the Caucasus mountain, you can walk 11mins going to Rooms Hotel and have some coffee there. I would really recommend this place!
