Very cozy, the view was gorgeous, and the room had a large window and comfortable rocking chairs by the window where one could enjoy the view. Although the hotel doesn't have a proper restaurant of its own, there are a couple of options nearby, so we had no problems finding somewhere to eat even without a car. The location is probably among the best in the area, this part of Kazbegi feels better maintained than some others, and there was a hiking path towards Mount Elias starting very close to the hotel with some great views. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel is new and very clean. The rooms are big and comfortable. The location is good, near the city center, where you can take a nice walk. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. After that, I recommend the café on the terrace with a breathtaking view. The service was nice and helpful. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

This is small hotel at the top of Stepantsminda, so if you’re coming to the bus station be ready for the walk uphill. Room is clean and tidy, a bit small, but really comfortable for this cost. Hosts are very good and their hospitality was great.We were offered snacks every time we went to dining hall. Wine was really tasty. 😊

Incredible views all around. Clean, comfortable, and warm rooms. Easy check-in. En suite showers and bathrooms with good water pressure and some soap/shampoo. Comfortable chairs on balcony for looking at view, with some normal chairs around a table in the room for meals, working from, having morning coffee, etc. Hammock and more lounging chairs are upstairs and outside. The lounge/dining area downstairs had coffee, tea, extra cups, plates, etc. 5min walk to centre of town.

    We wanted a hotel with a Mountain View & Grand View was just perfect for that. We hiked up to the church early in the morning to take in the views of Kazbegi & rewarded ourselves with a delicious breakfast in town @ Tiba after - really recommend . Short & sweet trip !

    Went there in July which gave us perfect 20°C and a hideaway from the extreme heat in the valleys. Absolutly wonderful views of the mountains around town. Lots of different treks from novice to expert. The town itself is a bit of a construction zone probably due to yearly spring floodings.

    Absolutely stunning!

    Absolutely stunning! The drive up is incredible with amazing views at every turn. Gergeti Trinity Church with Mount Kazbeg towering behind it was breathtaking - one of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen. Great hiking, fresh mountain air, and jaw-dropping scenery everywhere. Even with some clouds, the views were spectacular. Perfect day trip from Tbilisi despite the long drive.

    The town is busy being on the Georgian Military Highway and...

    The town is busy being on the Georgian Military Highway and lacks the charm of other towns. However, the beauty is in the absolutely gorgeous surrounding landscape and the hiking. Do the Trinity Church hike and drive to the Dariali Monastery Complex on the Russian border and have a nice lunch at the cafe.

    Really small place, not much to do at night and there arent any market near the top side of Kazbegi, you have to walk down to the center and then you have to take a taxi back to your place. On the other hand, view and nature is amazing.

    Excellent hotel. good food for lunch, diner or breakfast. Very convenient location to go hiking in the mountains, or looking for birds in the nearby valleys. Sufficient space for carpark, although after the rain, it becomes quite muddy. Sympathique and helpful staff

    The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality room was spacious and clean , the bed was extremely comfortable. Great location,easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back! and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kazbegi.

    Everything! Literally Everything! Probably, the best hotel in kazbegi with an amazing backdrop of the mountain. Absolutely loved our stay. The food, I must mention it. It is the best we have had on any vacation trip ever. I cannot tell you how delicious everything was to eat. Loved our stay. Loved it to the core.

    Our hostess went above and beyond to make our stay a welcome one. She gave us a free upgrade of room, cooked the best home-cooked meals and even personally dropped us of a few villages over. Real Georgian hospitaly. Hotel also offers great views on mt Kazbek and gergeti church.
