What matters the most for any trip is the service and hospitality you get, regardless of anything else. Especially while travelling with family and kids. The staff here is just amazing, cordial, and helpful. They went out of the way to help us with a request, which was not even their concern or responsibility, but they happily obliged and that in turn saved us big time. Highly recommend as everything is nearby from there and also you get a chance to experience old tbilisi a bit l, away from too much of touristy crowd. Just really really happy with overall service.

Everything was good! Room fully equipped, even with a small walk in closet. Fridge in a cupboard so no noise, good blackout curtains. Bedside tables with lamps and spare power sockets. Best breakfast I had in the Caucasus area. Pool accessible without booking 10-22.

Very beautiful, new and comfortable Hotel. Our room was clean and too nice. There were also putten tooth brushes and paste in the bathroom. All towels were clean and soft. 😍 There were putten tea cattle also in the room. They put tea pockets, coffee and water bottles also. We saw very helpfull staff there. All our questions were answered kindly and in detailed way. Big thanks to mr. Georgi and mr.Kaxa 🥰 and for nice gift- tasty Georgian wine gived us. Location is very good, just near the main showplaces of Tbilisi. The Trinity Cathedral you can see from the balcony in your room. All other within walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable and personnel is friendly and polite! Cleaning was perfect! Every day fresh towels. The hotel itself is new, new furniture and good quality of sanitary ware, modern interior 👌 The bed is very comfortable! The menu is not very large, but the taste is perfect 👌 Always fresh vegetables, amazing khachapuri and wine 😋. What else you need being in Tbilisi)).
