A family house near the church in Ubisa. Excellent location, beautiful view, large and clean room, a large yard and big terrace. The owners are very welcoming, the price is decent. I received by email exact directions to get there. Pay attention to this road, if you don't have a bigger car, it is preferable to walk the last part (2-300 m).

Great new hotel with very friendly owners who were a great help and walked the extra mile for a comfortable stay. Location has great potential and is peaceful compared to busy Borjomi.

It's a great place. Pet-friendly, warm, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very helpful. It was a bit hard to find, as the building is not along the road and we almost checked into the wrong hotel, so better call the owner when you arrive
