I had an amazing time staying at Iveri’s home. He is an incredibly kind and helpful host who truly goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel at home. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. One of the highlights was receiving a bottle of his homemade wine—it was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture before departure! The house is located in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise and stress of the city. I had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time—so calm, so relaxing. Behind the fence, cows roam peacefully, and you can hear roosters and all kinds of birds singing—it’s like a little piece of countryside paradise. This place is truly perfect for resting, recharging, and enjoying nature. Wishing Iveri a fantastic season ahead and only the kindest, most respectful guests. Thank you for everything! : )

If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. This hotel is truly amazing! I checked in last night, very exhausted and drained after spending days in the mountains and all the exhaustion went away after I set foot in the hotel. Everything is arranged perfectly. Bed is super comfy. They even helped me to open my suitcase because the lock got stuck. The rooftop is amazing as well! I really like the breakfast. There is a little of everything there and I was there at 10:30, there was still enough. I am a solo female traveler and I feel super safe in this place, as well as the area (actually in all of Georgia I didn’t have to worry at all). All in all, I’d definitely recommend the hotel!

I liked a lovely balcony overlooking the Cathedral, small kettle and few bags of tee, and how cozy the room was. The staff was very helpful and spoke great English and Russian. The breakfast was good. There’s also a convenient parking right near the entrance. The location is also great, 1 minute away from the best attraction in Kutaisi in my opinion - the Cathedral, from where you can contemplate the whole city

The location was perfect very near the town. We loved the breakfast and great that it was open until 11am. The room was amazing so big for 4 people - super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and excellent English spoken- we really enjoyed our visit and would recommend this hotel
