Although English is not widely spoken,there was always a staff member who was fluent in English. The staff were wonderful,helping and organising personal tours,and the train back to Tbilisi. The Monarch Hotel is the only place in the world,in my experience ,that offered Caviar at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was so good,with many choices and fresh fruit. The location is just around the corner from Europe Square,and walking distance to many sites.

This hotel is really good. Once i reached Batumi, when i reached hotel, it felt like home, the room was spacious and there was balcony and the view from the balcony is really amazing and staff is really helpful and friendly.
