It was a perfect place to stay after spending a day at Zip World with the grandkids , the staff were so friendly and helpful and because it’s just off the main road it’s so peaceful and quiet , so we had a really good nights sleep , would recommend for families

The whole experience were excellent, all staff in the hotel was very friendly, polite and welcoming to us which made our whole Welsh experience outstanding. We would highly recommend Ty Gwyn Hotel to people. They are in the best location to all experiences.

We were made feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was just perfect, very good breakfast was included . It's central and an easy walk around the beautiful village of Betws-y-coed. We loved it.
