Fantastic cabin in a really good location. Booked for a trip to the Snowdome and couldn't have been easier to get there and back. Log burner already on when we arrived and a very friendly welcome. Highly recommended.

We came from Wirral for the weekend to meet up with family. The property was immaculate, spacious and cosy. I left a speaker behind and it was promptly returned in days with no fuss. Looking forward to staying here again.

We had a lovely stay with our dog. He was allowed to eat breakfast with us and have drinks at the bar in the evenings. There was a nice grassy patch to walk him which made it easy for us. A few fast food places close by if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and were always available to help.

    Beautiful hotel and location, lovely comfortable and relaxing furnishings and seating. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Room bathroom was dated with poor shower. Not enough catering choice for bitter beer drinkers which was disappointing.

    Waste of time to stay - go for the day to play golf but do not stay hotel was grubby - too busy and service was very poor. We wont ever ben returning. Our friends are big golfers and I will recommend the same to them to not waste their time staying there. would rather stay at a premier inn and know what I am getting for my money.

    We enjoyed our 1 night stay after an early flight into Birmingham. Host was friendly and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean and beds are so comfy with soft bed linen that smelt beautiful, didn’t want to get out of bed. We would definitely stay again when visiting Sutton Coldfield

    We had travelled from Wales to Sutton - our home town. Sutton town centre itself has gone down the pan so much it was not good to see. If you are looking to go shopping there is not very much shop wise that is worth going to. We won't be back sadly. If you want a good meal it is worth going to Boldmere just outside Sutton where there are plenty of eateries of all kinds. We would highly recommend the Shaban for absolutely excellent Indian food and service. Sutton Park was still a lovely place to go for a coffee and long walk at Bracebridge.

    Sutton is a lovely town with its beautiful park complete...

    Sutton is a lovely town with its beautiful park complete with wild ponies. There are some great restaurants in town and plenty of historically interesting sites, especially for Tudor period history buffs. It’s also close to Birmingham city centre which is easy to get to via the trainline

    Our visit was purely to attend a family wedding, the wedding was fantastic and the couple did seem happy with the hotels assistance. The facilities for us as only used briefly were good, all staff interactions were good.

    Great hotel for the British Masters. Great options for dining and easy access to the event. Room was in the perfect position/location and will be back next year! Shout out to Shay in Sams Bar - dining. The numbers in the establishment were high but he could not do enough for a table of 6 to be accommodated! Thank you

    Went for a friend's wedding our room was dark dainted not hw for a shower then the bath ran out of hw aswel the bed was awfull I wouldn't recommend this hotel at 90 pound per night defo not worth it the only good thing was the breakfast next morning
