I requested a fridge for the room prior to arriving and had the pleasure to receive excellent service by Katie with fast and helpful replies. - Extremely clean - Super quiet (no noice from A road or hallway) - Spacious rooms - Fast internet - Great location - Large flatscreen tv - Amazing buffet breakfast with croissants, bacon, eggs, baked beans, oats and much more

The Waterwheel is absolutely superb. We have stayed before and its so relaxing with wonderful gardens. The room we had was so tastefully decorated with good natural light and a garden view. Our two dogs were made most by the lovely staff. We ate at the Waterwheel for breakfast and dinner. All meals were served by friendly obliging staff and the food was excellent. All in all a perfect stay.

Faboulous and delicate breakfast with various eggs you can choose from. Many produce / products are locally souced. Self made granola and compote. Great selection of teas. Employees very helpful and friendly. A indoor swimming pool if you stay a bit longer. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet as well. I was there for one night to visit Eden Project. You can reach it by a short walk directly from the hotel.

A great base for exploring the many beautiful places in Cornwall. Lovely hotel, very comfortable rooms, very peaceful (never heard any noise at night!) Great breakfast and breakfast rooms were lovely. Pool was lovely. Would definitely return.

Was upgraded for free to the Hayloft suite. It is a fantastic room with kitchen, microwave, dishwasher etc.. The room comes with several TVs, large and cozy bunkbeds, nice king sized bed, lounge area AND terrasse!!! Truly a fantastic experience. Definitely the best room I have ever stayed in. Fantastic. Thank you.

lovelly looking house in the centre, the staff is very friendly and helpful! the rooms are cozy and very clean. I can definitely recommend staying in the hotel pub for dinner as it is excellent! breakfast was lovely too, with a wide range of options. there’s a car park opposite the hotel

Location and views are excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and never make you feel like a burden - they can’t do enough for you. They are also very friendly which is appreciated as a solo traveller. Restaurant options were excellent and very reasonable if you are staring there.
