This hotel was excellent. The concierge was provided me with good advice on services in the nearby area. The restaurant provided an excellent breakfast. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We had an incredible view of the Tyne river looking east to the High Level bridge and beyond.

The bed and linens were great as were the nice big fluffy towels. Location was good and they had parking included and to top it off, they had a lift.

Third time staying at this stunning hotel. Every member of staff goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is perfect. I ate in the Dakota Grill and the king prawn curry was fantastic.

Room was immaculately clean and very well presented. Bed was very very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff all you had to do was ask. all very friendly and helpful
