The hotel is beyond praise: 1. The friendly staff at the reception desk provided assistance, advice, consultations, and resolution of any inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner. 2. The hotel itself is new, featuring a remarkably creative design! We experienced aesthetic pleasure from our room and our overall stay at the hotel. The lobby, restaurant, and gym are all very thoughtfully designed and enjoyable. There is a powerful hairdryer, a coffee machine, a kettle, a refrigerator, a modern television, glasses, a shaker, and a teapot, along with all the essentials for a comfortable stay: slippers, a bathrobe, and excellent thick towels! 3. Breakfast is a separate delight! Choosing a room with breakfast was the best decision. The staff is very friendly and courteous. If the management is reading this review, I kindly request that you appreciate your breakfast staff! They are incredibly good, kind, and cheerful individuals. Such warmth is rarely encountered! They always inquire about how your day went and how you are feeling. They deserve the title of Employees of the Year, including both the reception staff and the waiters. Furthermore, the breakfast time is quite extended, accommodating both early risers and those who prefer to sleep in. There is no need to worry about oversleeping. The breakfast offers a wide selection: fruits, fresh vegetables, cheeses, juices, pastries, eggs prepared in any style, and many variations of the English breakfast. Every Saturday, delightful souvenirs are given as gifts during breakfast. 4. In the evening, the restaurant operates à la carte. I highly recommend having dinner there. The cuisine is exceptional, particularly the English pie. 5. I would also like to highlight the excellent location. The hotel is situated between two metro stations. Additionally, there is a bus stop nearby, providing direct bus routes to Baker Street (205) and Camden (55) without any transfers or stops.

London is buzzing - despite the bad rain on the way in to London we were greeted with incredible rainbows and the sun came out to give an amazing evening. Traffic is pretty awful driving to central London, but at least with the 20 mph zones everywhere, its not so polluted any more. We were in London for work, but i always love seeing the sights on the drive in and out - London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square - its all so accessible and it helps link up in my mind how it all fits together. The pubs were full of people after work on our way out, a very vibrant scene as the summer draws to a close. Looking forward to the next visit!

We were blessed firstly with the weather. It was glorious. I hadn't been to London for quite a while and it has whetted the appetite to get back again soon. So much to see and do for all ages. Borough market was a super experience, getting around on the tube while it was busy was a joy and so easy by just tapping your credit/debit card. Didn't get a show this time because we had a concert in Wembley to go to but will be back soon 🤞 for a show

We travel to England every year and stay in London in and out, seen all the sights but still go back to our favourite. But always find a new one, this year it was Sherlock Holmes 221B, Baker street found as was changing tube at Baker street. Plus we wonder around the old sights.

London was such an impressive city.

London was such an impressive city. I loved the old buildings and the care that they put in to maintaining them. The tube system isn't so bad once you figure it out, but everyone was very helpful in getting you to where you were going. If you are looking for a place to enjoy high tea or a fancier lunch, try the Roast. Although located next to Borough Market, it is not really a touristy place. The restaurant is beautiful, with attentive and friendly staff, and absolutely incredible food.

Having been to London many times, I knew the things I wanted to see. I use the Tube/underground for everything. The system is great you tap and go with your card/phone for every trip and the system works out the final cost for the day, so zone 1 & 2 all day as many trips as you want, was £8.50. I highly recommend Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge, Hyde Park, Regents Park, any musical - highly recommend Moulin Rouge, Lion King, Mamma Mia, Aladdin, School of Rock, Matilda, Camden, Notting Hill, Abba Voyage virtual concert, Titanic experience, Frameless art installation, the London Eye, Shrek - the list goes on and on I have probably missed some crucial bits.

Beautiful hotel, knowledgeable staff, very large bedrooms in the townhouse. The location is magnificent, walking distance to almost everything you'd want to see and do in London. Very very easy to get to from Heathrow airport, direct tube to Green Park and then a 5 minute walk to hotel. Definitely one of the best hotels and location is unbeatable.
