We were 3 so we had an extra folding bed. The room was big enough and quiet. Excellent location, near Trafalgar sq. Public transportation, buses and tube stations, nearby. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Deegii, the reception manager, was amazing, going above and beyond retrieving a souvenir that was accidentally lost, by purchasing another and sending it to our next location. Well appreciated and not obvious at all. Thank you very much,Deegii!

London is a great city with lots of attractions.

London is a great city with lots of attractions. The tube system is busy but convenient to get to most places without undue delay. My advice for a week in London would be to do a day (1) in the West End and take in a show. A day (2) Thames Uber boat down the river taking in Battersea, Westminster, Tower Bridge, Tower, Canary Warf and Greenwich. A day (3) doing the markets of Nottinghill and Camden. A day (4) doing Knightsbridge, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square Oxford and Regent Steets and GreenPark and Hyde Park. A day (5) a trip to Henley on Thames via Windsor Castle and Maidenhead.

Love London! 5 days just wasn't enough time. We went on the London Eye, visited Buckingham Palace and walked through the Mall to Trafalgar Square. Highly recommend Covent Gardens and Piccadilly Circus. A walk through Herrod's was nice and London Bridge is a must with Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben). Seeing the Crown Jewels is definitely something to see and highly recommend. A must is the National Gallery. We stopped and walked through Mayflower (where the Billionaires live).

We love London, our son lives there and we go to see him but we find activities that we can do together. We took a boat trip down the river Thames which was very good as there is a tour guide and u learn a lot about the city and the various buildings. The Tower of London is a must see, as is parliament, tower bridge, British museum, imperial war museum , St Paul’s and the west end has excellent theatre shows.

I booked a deluxe single room, and wasn't sure what to expect considering it was much cheaper than a lot of other hotels in London. However I was very pleasantly surprised! The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Top marks for having a control panel next to the bed that controlled all the lights plus the aircon. Perfect for a one night stay or to use as a base. Breakfast was very good - bacon, sausages, eggs plus a full continental breakfast on offer, plus pastries and toast. Would definitely recommend!

It's in an incredible location as you're in the centre of London just a few minutes walk from the Natural History Museum. The staff were friendly as we dropped off our backs earlier in the day and then were able to check in quite late at night. The rooms were also fairly decent, with desks and beds that were quite comfortable. I feel like it could use being a bit cheaper, but it is London and better value than most of the hotels around.

The location is excellent and very central, approx 10min walk from Liverpool St station and Shoreditch. The apartment is relatively big for London and compared to a hotel room. The price is cheaper than most 4 star hotels, and there are kitchen facilities and a washing machine. A good option if you need more space and laundry/kitchen but not very convenient in terms of hosting.

Nice bar and seating area. Lovely rooms. Exactly what you want from a central London hotel. Only cost £2 more than what Premier Inn and Travelodge wanted for their basic rooms. But, this was obviously 10x nicer.
