I loved Horley. Horley had a "personal feel" to it.
I loved Horley. Horley had a "personal feel" to it. I loved the fact that the underground went right to Horley. Horley is also close to London Gatwick. You can get to London in around 45-60 minutes yet have the peace-and-calm of the suburb. The people were very friendly. Great hotel for a stopover when travelling through Gatwick airport. Best bits were the room which was clean adequately equipped and comfortable. The restaurant food was fair. We had a chicken schnitzel which was well cooked and moreish but lacked a little flavour. The location of the hotel to Gatwick airport was fantastic. Also the shuttle service to the airport was first class especially as I needed a lift at 03.00 in the morning. The room was ok for one person but far too small for two. Road noise was bad.Guest review byRolyUnited Kingdom

There is a fuel station close enough to the hotel (5 min walk), where you can take a snack. It also takes around 20 min to reach the center of Horley and have a beer and something to eat.
