The location is great but if you arrive a night, you need to take a taxi or Uber to here. Perfect breakfast and friendly staff. I spent an excellent time in the hotel.

My family and I had a delightful stay at Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel. The exceptional service started at the reception, where Mark went above and beyond to assist us. He kindly upgraded us to a better room that perfectly accommodated our family. Additionally, he arranged transportation to the airport next day, which made our departure hassle-free. The overall experience was lovely, and the hotel's proximity to Terminal 2 made it incredibly convenient for our transit. I highly recommend Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel for a pleasant and stress-free stay near the airport

I booked into the hotel at the front desk and got talking to Jasmine. I mentioned it was mine and my husbands 1st wedding anniversary. I dropped my bag off and left to take my daughter to my sister house. When I arrived back with my husband we found in our room balloons with such lovely words, a bottle of wine, chocolates and a card. It was so lovely it brought a tear to my eye. The Hilton is very lucky to have such a wonderful person working there.

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in...

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in September, one of which was specifically a twin room for my two sons (aged 18 and 21). On arrival, after a long and confusing check-in process, we were first told that the hotel could not find our reservation. After around 15 stressful minutes, they eventually located it—only to then inform us that they had no twin rooms available due to an unspecified "issue," which was never properly explained. Instead, they gave my sons a king bed to share. These are two grown men, so it was completely unsuitable. In the end, one of them had to sleep on the floor. This was a shocking and very disappointing start to our holiday, especially after booking so far in advance.

    PLEASE BEWARE!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! STAY ELSEWHERE!! STAY ELSEWHERE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND WITHOUT A MASK ON TOO!!! I was tricked into using their taxi service because they were the same price as the bus but my credit card statement showed otherwise!! I was double charged for my rooms too and there is no way of contacting them online or through Booking.com to rectify this HUGE mistake!!! After confirming with me at check in that my reservation had already been paid for they went ahead and charged me AGAIN!! I have had to contact my credit card company with my proof of payment and they show me paying for it twice also!! i have put in a dispute with my credit card company as well as my bank!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!

    Pleased with the quality of hotel. Excellent shuttle service Limited food availability on late evening arrival, although there was a choice of two meals and I hadn't been sure if there would be any food as no information in pre arrival emails

    Very easy to get to from T2 and also get back to T2.

    Very easy to get to from T2 and also get back to T2. Large bar area and food served until very late if you need any. Rooms good sized and bathroom decent with good power shower, Bed very comfortable so slept very well, which is unusual for me.

    Facilities of high quality and the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. Staff very professional and attentive with excellent food service. Various eating options from a simple cafe, comfortable bar to full on al-a-carte restaurant.

    Nice rooms, very comfortable and clean. Parking and drinks very expensive. Food very good and not overly priced. Perfect location as short walkway through tunnel straight into Terminal 4. Trolleys available to take luggage as we had a lot.

    The location of the Crowne Plaza to both Heathrow and the Elizabeth Line is just great. 4 min walk and your there. Convenience of getting into London is just great. Rooms were spacious and well maintained, rooms kept very clean, housekeeping were always available if you needed anything, beds were very comfy. Breakfast and dinner were available and quite good. Staff in hotel went over and beyond to assist where they could, most appreciated.

    The hotel is near bus stops to get you to the nearest train stations to central London. Breakfast was lovely, and rooms are spacious and well insulated, we couldn't hear any plane from our room. Bedding was clean, towels were soft, facilities okay! Nice soap in the shower, too! Overall, this was a positive experience despite the flaws that we expected anyway when we booked.

    The location was fantastic and quiet, easy access to Uxbridge and Brunel University campus literally walking distance. Room was quite spacious, beds were just fine. Cleanliness was at a good level. Access to the Red Lion pub absolutely fantastic for a couple of drinks and very good food. Staffa of the whole establishment was amazing. Greta shower pressure

    Perfect hotel for London Heathrow. Facilities were fantastic, helpful and approachable staff. Dinner at the Steak and Lobster was beautiful. Gym and Spa facilities extremely clean and modern.
