Everything. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating from the moment we stepped through the door 2.5 hours early. We were attending a wedding so needed somewhere to get changed so they prepared our room for us so we could get settled before leaving for the wedding. The room were very clean and the bed extremely comfortable and breakfast the next morning was exceptional.

Almost everything.....room n bathroom very clean...linen n towels also....washed well n soft...comfortable bed n pillows.....breakfast excellent.....appreciated kettle n plentiful supply of coffe n tea at all hours......staff all very friendly n helpful....especially Jo Christine n Millie......lovely atmosphere n not noisy even at peak evening times......great....

We have stayed here before , this trip of five days , was extended by a further two nights The management and staff of this homely hotel know their craft. The aim is to make the visitor / client comfortable…..ready for work or pleasure. The rooms are spot less , the beds ..large And the breakfeast alone I’d worth the trip up north ha ha …. For us, the location is ideal. Close to family, plenty of restaurants nearby. Welcome at check in was lovely. Such a pleasant lad- tall, lots of curly hair, Daniel (?) Enquired about our journey, finding the hotel. Room was generous, lovely to have a bath, not just shower. Love the discount voucher idea if you don't have room service. We've chosen other hotels over you before, but no longer.
