Scotland’s largest city, Glasgow combines Victorian architecture and a vibrant arts scene. Buildings in need of whitewash. Gorgeous architecture but the drunkards in the streets and the lack of sanitation ( rubbish lying around ) brings the city down. There’s a feeling they could be great but can’t be bothered. People seem to lack ambition or direction. Super wealthy living there behind closed doors. Gorgeous indoor spaces, but only accessible to people with money. Take the city tour bus to gain a feel of the different areas, it’s a great way to get to the ‘must see’ places. The Kelvingrove museum is amazing with a brilliant organ recital at 1pm, I had lunch here then later on tea and cake - both very tasty. Transport museum worth a visit too.
