The host was extremely accommodating and communication was excellent. The games room and the hot tub were fabulous, the bedroom was well presented and very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, lots of home comforts to make the stay pleasant.

Lovely bedroom with a large ensuite with great shower, king size super comfy bed.. All the staff were helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, not an extensive menu but you can tell everything id freshly cooked with lots of their own garden produce.

The staff is very kind. We were a little bit late check in, the nice lady waited for us to help us check in. The room is very clean and tidy. The breakfast was fresh cooked which were just at home.

Staff were friendly, room was neat and in order. Tea and coffee and toiletries provided. I was hoping for the four poster bed and we got it! Massive room that also has a couch, etc. ample parking and extremely comfortable bed. Great price for one night, would have stayed another night if we could have. We nicknamed it 'the princess room' and enjoyed the suite for what it is.

Our stay at Willow Ridge, although brief, was like staying at the home of family or friends. The room was exceptionally neat and tidy. Well equipped with all the comforts of home. Lisa has gone to great lengths to prepare two folders for her guests. One containing flyers for several attractions and villages to visit close to her inn. The other includes restaurant information such as menus, ratings and restaurant locations. She was very helpful to us by advising us of the best ways to travel to various points of interest. She made a point of chatting with us each evening regarding our daily activities. We now have a new Facebook friend. If we could rate her inn above 10 we definitely would do so.

    I think the room we stayed in should have had blinds on the velux windows the bathroom over looked the garden and the came in early morning in bedroom - they do need to improve on somethings give the hotel some love and attention and a clean
