The location was lovely, pretty village. The pub had a huge amount of character and even the newer parts were aesthetically sympathetic. The accommodation was very clean, the room was a beautiful space, very rustic and everything you cld possibly neded and more. All the staff were very freindly and very accomodating. The food was amazing. We had our dog who had his own bowls one full of treats, a tennis ball and a bottle of water. we wld definatley stay again

Staff were amazing, we were given an upgrade to a fantastic room. Everything was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Hotel is central to everything around Andover. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you Stew and Marg New Zealand 🇳🇿

The stay was perfect, beautiful old building and very welcoming team. When we arrived there was a karaoke night in the pub, but it was pleasently quiet in our rooms. The comfort was standard, but better then expected for the great price and also breakfast was included.

Beautiful place to stay, facilities and grounds were fantastic. Disappointed with the dinner, long wait to order then a long wait for food to arrive to be told they had none. Staff sorted it but disappointed with the communication between staff.

    Katherine and Nick were lovely and helpful.

    Katherine and Nick were lovely and helpful. Clear directions on how to gain access, with emergency contact details included. This was good as we needed to let them know we were leaving early. My main concern was arriving to find an induction hob, which is not good for someone with a pacemaker (my husband). The bedding was feather-filled, which was really comfy but not good for anyone with allergies. The TV was old and we couldn't get it to change channel. The views were amazing, beautiful garden, local amenities in Andover.
