Beautifully decorated room and facilities - really exceeded expectations. Every detail was well considered including the bed linen, towels, lotion, soap, tea and coffee making facilities. Within easy walking distance of the city center and beautiful cathedral as well. 100% recommended.

I stayed here with my two sisters, one had an adjoining room and we were all really impressed by the hotel and the staff. Rooms were beautifully clean with comfortable beds and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We decided to eat at the restaurant on the first evening and we were not disappointed at all! Good sized portions and delicious! Breakfasts in the morning were good too. We had cooked breakfasts, good sized and they were happy to swap items for us. We had a great time here and right on the doorstep of the caves!

My fellow travellers were very impressed with how I reached the car park without problems with my rental car :-) The rooms were cosy and quiet. They and the bathrooms were clean, apart from 2 pills we found near the beds. The breakfast rooms with the pannelling is amazing and the food was good. The location is sensational.
