This lovely boutique hotel is absolutely gorgeous and made our stay in Edinburgh phenomenal. Clean, modern room, great location, sweet and very much helpful staff, doing the best they can to make your stay as easy as possible. Great pub right next to, with amazing food and great atmosphere.

Top quality breakfast . The room was excellent with Molton Brown shampoo and showering gel Strongly recommend ! The only issue was the distance from center which is about 20 min with the bus .

Very clean, cosy and super-close to the airport,the city center is just 20 min Away by bus. The stop is in front of the hôtel very convenient . We parked the car and then we went visiting it was Perfect !!!

hey, the staff were friendly and very nice and helpful. the food was great, an English breakfast very good. the room was big and clean, the bathroom was very nice and clean, the wifi was very good, i could work very well and i didn't have problems. also i could watch netflix and it was good.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cozy/comfortable hotel! Their staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food and drinks served at the hotel's on site restaurant/bar are good. They have a decent indoor pool and a well equipped gym. Location is good, 5-minute walk to a bus stop, not too far from the airport and Edinburgh’s Old Town. We felt at home right here so that's another plus! We highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again.
