It’s a beautiful house away from busy roads. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Our accommodation was very well maintained and clean, the bedroom - located in the old part of the house - was super cute and cozy. Our host Ian was super friendly and very kind to post some stuff we forgot at the house. We have had a great experience!

The hosts, Wendy and Stephen, were wonderful and made us feel very much at home. Also, the garden is incredible, the room cozy and the breakfast really enjoyable. We only stayed two nights but it felt like a whole holiday, and would love to come back again. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The warm welcome immediately made us feel at home. The room was very cosy, with comfortable beds. In the evening we very much enjoyed the possibility to play pool and darts in the ‘play room’. Breakfast was very good with delicious scrambled eggs on toast. We really enjoyed dinner prepared for us on the second evening of our stay (delicious chicken with potatoes freshly harvested from the garden, followed by a big piece of very tasteful cake)

LOVED EVERYTHING! A home away from home! Near to everything. Just perfect! Will be going back a lot more. Family was so nice and friendly. The houses where beautiful. Little touches so pretty. So comfy! The freedom and fresh air in Normandy!

Lovely Gite in Passais which is a village with great amenities. Hosts very friendly and lots of advice on where to eat, what to see etc Gite very comfortable and well equipped. Parking directly outside and garden area with seating plus table and chairs in front of property to sit in the sun and enjoy the rural view. We cooked dinner and every pan and utensil you could need available. Log burner and a very comfortable bed. Will stay again for sure and highly recommend.

    Very high-quality furnished apartment, large space for a family of 4, wonderful peaceful nature. Everything you need for your stay, including some little things that we didn't have in other apartments. Human and cultural owners. We were late and the locals met us personally at 11:30 p.m. I will stop at the same place again in the future.

    Mantilly is an ideal small french village that has basic amenities, a church and a nice small picnic lake area. It's not ideal if you want or need a lot from a location and also, main regular supermarkets are at least 15km+ away and the local shops cost a fair bit extra if they do have what you need. We were happy with our stay there because we wanted to get away from everything including the internet to rest but that's not for everyone. So if you are not happy with your own company and or that of your travel partner's or if you need attractions etc, then you might want to choose a larger village or town. Even though we enjoyed the rest it gave us, I wouldn't personally or particularly recommend it as a must see or must visit location.
