We had an exceptional stay at JVL Resorts. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great professionalism and kindness. A big thank you to the entire reception team, and especially to Hamza, who guided and assisted us throughout our stay. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to enjoy optimal comfort for the whole family. His attention to detail and ability to speak Arabic made our experience even more enjoyable. We are leaving fully satisfied and will not hesitate to return and recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and dedication to guests.

Absolutely dreamy staff. So professional and kind and welcoming. Great breakfast. The bed was not very comfortable, but the room is absolutely beautiful and well furnished.

Everything was absolutely great about Auberge Des Chasseurs. Hotel and restaurant is run by the family and you can really feel this as service and quality is outstanding. Room was very nice with a view on horses and mountains in the distance. It is extremely peaceful and calm. Driving distance to Geneva is only 25 minutes. Restaurant is excellent and really enjoyed the meals there. Breakfast also was very nice with option to have also for eggs to be made on the spot. Generally it was a 10/10 experience and definitely will come back!

Service was exceptional similar to 4 star ⭐ hotel. The employees are friendly and provide solutions to request. I had early flight at 7am, and the team arrange to advance the wonderful breakfast at 4.45am without supplement with all items available. Breakfast items like a 4 star hotel, it's fresh, with local products tasty and lots choice Including almond milk and pear fresh juice. Ample choice of cheese and cold cuts. In room, mattress is like 5 star hotel, room size well designed and soundproof. The bathroom area is also spacious. Ample parking outside for clientèle with car.

    Absolutely breathtaking views. The hotel was amazing, very clean comfortable and spacious throughout. The breakfast was superb. The Staff, namely Rocio was very wonderful, friendly and helpful. She made our stay amazing and we will both be recommending this place to our friends because of her.
